Spacious Waterfront Condo for Up to 6 Guests

Welcome to Clearwater Calm Condo, a spacious 1,820-square-foot waterfront retreat at Harborview Grande in the heart of Clearwater Beach.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for up to six guests, this family-friendly condo combines comfortable interiors with peaceful Intracoastal views. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony or keep an eye out for dolphins playing in the water below.

Bright Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The bright, spacious living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and beautiful waterfront views through the windows.

The dining area seats up to six guests, while the kitchen counter provides seating for four more. The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare vacation meals, morning coffee and snacks at home.

For added convenience, the condo also includes WiFi, beach towels, a washer and dryer.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Clearwater Calm Condo offers three comfortable bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed, Smart TV, private balcony access and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub
Second bedroom: King-size bed and Smart TV
Third bedroom: Two twin beds
Second bathroom: Hallway bathroom with a shower

The condo accommodates up to six guests.

Private Balcony with Intracoastal Views

The private waterfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. It provides a peaceful place to enjoy coffee, watch the sunrise or simply take in the Intracoastal Waterway views.

This scenic outdoor space is one of the condo’s most memorable features.

Harborview Grande Pool, Spa and Boat Slip

Harborview Grande offers shared amenities for guests to enjoy during their Clearwater Beach stay, including a heated pool and hot tub.

Guests also have the option to rent a boat slip for $100 per day, making it easy to bring a boat and enjoy direct access to the water.

Walk to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60 and Dining

Located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Calm Condo is a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Pier 60, mini golf and ice cream options are nearby, giving families and groups plenty of ways to enjoy the area without going far.

Boat slip rental is available for $100 per day
One small pet may be allowed with prior approval; a non-refundable $150 plus tax pet fee applies
Owner storage spaces are locked and unavailable to guests
Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted
The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rent payments and deposits.

Beach Time Rentals strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip if plans change. Travel insurance may be available through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review policy terms and coverage before purchasing.
