Welcome to Clearwater Calm Condo, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront retreat at Harborview Grande in the heart of Clearwater Beach. With approximately 1,820 square feet of living space, this family-friendly condo accommodates up to six guests and offers peaceful Intracoastal Waterway views.

Enjoy sunrise coffee from the private balcony, watch for dolphins in the water, and walk to the beach, Pier 60, restaurants, and local attractions.

Bright Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The bright living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and waterfront views. The dining table seats six guests, with seating for four more at the kitchen counter.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for vacation meals, snacks, and morning coffee. For added convenience, the condo also provides Wi-Fi, beach towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Harborview Grande Amenities

Guests have access to the community’s shared heated pool and hot tub. A boat slip may also be rented for $100 per day, offering a convenient option for guests bringing a boat.

Walk to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60

Clearwater Calm Condo is ideally located for enjoying Clearwater Beach without relying on a car. The beach, Pier 60, mini golf, ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all nearby.

Owner storage spaces are locked and unavailable to guests
Vacationing students, spring breakers, and groups of single guests under 25 are not permitted. The majority of the group must be over 25 unless traveling as a family.
Reservations made under false pretenses may result in eviction and forfeiture of rent payments and deposits.
