Welcome to Clearwater Calling, a beautifully remodeled 1,500-square-foot vacation home in the residential area of North Clearwater Beach.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool, game room and room for up to eight guests, this comfortable beach retreat offers an easy setting for families and small groups.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The home features a bright, open floor plan designed for relaxed time together. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat and large Smart flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living space and includes counter seating for four guests. The nearby dining table also seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals at home between beach days.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Clearwater Calling offers two comfortable bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed
Second bedroom: Two full-size beds
Living area: Sleeper sofa

The bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home accommodates up to eight guests.

Game Room and Second Full Bathroom

The game room adds a fun, flexible space for relaxing indoors. It includes a flat-screen TV, foosball table and sectional sofa.

A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the game room for added convenience.

Private Pool and Outdoor Patio

The pool patio is surrounded by lush landscaping and offers plenty of space for your group to relax outdoors. Enjoy a refreshing swim, spend time in the Florida sunshine or return home after the beach for a quiet afternoon by the private pool.

Pool heat is available during the cooler months.

North Clearwater Beach Location Near Pier 60

One of this home’s best features is its North Clearwater Beach location. The beach is only three blocks away, and Pier 60 is approximately one mile from the property.

Our stay was stress-free from the start thanks to the smooth check-in process and great communication with Beach Time Rental. The home was clean, safe, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to always-hot showers. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the pool and patio became our favorite spot to relax, enjoy snacks, and share drinks together. The location was also perfect, with the beach and trolley stop close by. We truly had a carefree time in beautiful surroundings and hope to stay here again on our next getaway!

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful house! Perfect for a family with kids. It is located very close to the beach! It also had a wagon for the kids to take them there. The beach is also peaceful and quiet as well as the neighborhood surrounding it! Our kids loved the pool. Water was always warm and it has beautiful palm trees to enjoy. Very clean and welcoming home! Location wise it is also pretty close drive to the city where all the restaurants are. Would come back here again for sure!

We loved our trip! The house was very cute and in a quiet location, close to both the beach and the bay, and just a quick drive to the pier, restaurants, and nightlife. The private pool was a big plus, and the game table was such a fun touch for families. Everything was clean and well-stocked — from laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, and paper towels to beach towels and toys. We also appreciated the simple and reasonable checkout process. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d happily return!
