Welcome to Casa Bella, a beautifully restored Gulf-front estate in the heart of Redington Beach. This spectacular two-story beachfront home offers more than 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and room for up to 12 guests.

With direct beach access, expansive Gulf views, a private pool, hot tub and multiple spaces for gathering, Casa Bella is designed for unforgettable family vacations and group beach getaways.

Casa Bella has recently undergone meticulous hurricane restoration and is ready to welcome guests to a refreshed, resilient and beautiful coastal retreat.

Ground-Level Living and Poolside Convenience

The ground level offers a comfortable layout with direct access to the pool deck and Gulf views.

This floor includes:

Bedroom one: Two twin beds
First primary suite: King-size bed, shared full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck
Full bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
Comfortable living area with plush sectional, Smart TV, pool views and Gulf views
Half bathroom for added convenience
Casual dining table for four guests
Laundry area with a built-in kitchenette for drinks and light poolside meals

Open Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas

The second floor is designed for entertaining and enjoying the waterfront setting.

The retro-inspired kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, while the built-in bench dining nook offers a relaxed place for breakfast or coffee.

A formal round dining table seats six guests and opens to a front-facing balcony with a gas grill—perfect for cookouts and outdoor gatherings.

The second living area offers multiple seating areas, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the expansive beachfront balcony, where uninterrupted Gulf views and ocean breezes await.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Casa Bella offers five bedrooms across two levels:

Bedroom one, ground level: Two twin beds
First primary suite, ground level: King-size bed, direct pool-deck access and shared full bathroom
Bedroom three, second floor: Two twin beds
Bedroom four, second floor: King-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Second primary suite, second floor: King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, private sauna and direct access to the beachfront balcony

A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the second-floor twin bedroom.

Private Pool, Hot Tub and Direct Beach Access

Step outside to your own private Gulf-front oasis. The outdoor space includes a sparkling private pool, soothing hot tub and direct access to the beach.

Relax in the pool, enjoy an evening soak in the spa or head straight to the sand for a day by the Gulf of Mexico.

Pool heat and spa heat are available as optional add-ons.

Beachfront Balconies, Elevator and Gulf Views

Casa Bella offers breathtaking water views from every level. The wraparound balcony and terrace create multiple places to enjoy the Gulf, whether you are having coffee in the morning, relaxing in the afternoon or watching the sunset.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Beach Access

Overall

We had a wonderful stay! The response time to our questions was excellent, and the home had plenty of space for our group of nine celebrating a milestone birthday. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glassware, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful decks, pool, and stunning views. The easy access to the beach made our stay even more special. We were also blessed with amazing weather, which was the perfect finishing touch.
