This 1,200 sq. ft. retreat offers an airy open floor plan, designed for comfort and connection. The living area features plush leather recliner sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient desk space for guests working remotely.

The dining area comfortably seats six guests and opens directly to the pool patio—perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen features stunning quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The first bedroom has a cozy king-size bed, the second features a queen-size bed, and the third also offers a spacious queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The first bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the second has a shower/tub combo.

One of the best perks of this property is the spacious patio with its private pool—your own little oasis for lounging, swimming, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

A Hidden Gem by the Shore

From the moment we walked in, we knew we’d found a gem. The layout is open and airy, making it perfect for spending time together as a family. The kids were in the pool every single day, and we appreciated how close it was to restaurants and shops so we didn’t have to drive much. Everything in the house felt fresh and well-kept, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We stayed here for our 10-year anniversary and it was everything we hoped for! The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has such a cozy feel. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, then come back and relax in the pool with a glass of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed in the master was super comfortable. This place made our celebration so special we’re already talking about returning next year.

We came with friends, and having three bedrooms worked perfectly. The open layout meant we could hang out together without feeling cramped. The dining table fit all of us comfortably, and the pool was big enough for everyone to enjoy and the beach was amazing.

You can leave your car parked and walk to pretty much anything you need coffee shops, beach bars, and the beautiful shore. Indian Rocks Beach is such a charming area, and this house puts you right in the heart of it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! The house was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. The pool was the highlight for the kids they practically lived in it! The beach being just a short walk away was a huge plus.
