New 5-Bedroom Beach Home in Indian Shores

Welcome to Blue Pearl Beach House, a new three-story vacation home in Indian Shores, Florida. This modern coastal retreat features five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a private pool, and water views from every level.

Designed for families, group getaways, and special celebrations, Blue Pearl offers a spacious setting just a short walk from the white-sand Gulf beaches.

Three Levels of Coastal Living

The ground level features a private fenced pool area with a sun shelf for lounging, swimming, and relaxing outdoors after a beach day.

On the second floor, you will find the primary suite and two additional bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private lanai and outdoor staircase access to the pool area.

The third floor is the main gathering space, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and great room. Two more bedrooms are located on this level.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Blue Pearl Beach House offers five comfortable bedrooms:

Primary suite: King-size bed
Second bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle
Third bedroom: Queen-size bed
Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed
Fifth bedroom: Queen-size bed

This flexible layout is well suited for multigenerational families, friend groups, and beach vacations with children.

Private Heated and Cooled Pool

Enjoy Florida sunshine from the private fenced pool, complete with a sun shelf for relaxing and play. Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes, and the pool can also be cooled for added comfort.

Gulf and Intracoastal Water Views

Blue Pearl offers Gulf and Intracoastal views from all three levels of the home. Sip coffee on the lanai, gather in the great room, or wind down at the end of the day while taking in the coastal scenery.

Walk to Indian Shores Beach and Local Attractions

Located in the charming coastal town of Indian Shores, this home places you close to the beach, local restaurants, boutique shops, and area attractions. Spend the day on the sand, take a sunset walk along the Gulf, explore the Intracoastal by kayak, or simply enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the pool.

This property was excellent. There is an elevator that helps get bags and groceries upstairs. It has direct beach access which was very nice. Everything was well clean & wonderful. We stayed for a friends bachelorette and had a wonderful time!

This property was an incredible place for our group. Every level of the home was thoughtfully designed, and we especially loved the rooftop deck and pool area. The home felt modern, comfortable, and well equipped with many thoughtful details that made our stay easy. Families with younger children should be mindful of the stairs, but the available safety items were a helpful addition. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this home.

This home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. The beach access was incredibly convenient, and having beach towels, chairs, and a wagon made spending time by the water so easy. The extra refrigerator space was also a great bonus for our group. The Blue Pearl House is a beautiful and spacious home right on the beach. The three-floor layout is clean, modern, and perfect for families or groups — plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a favorite, and the decks offered amazing views of the Gulf, especially at sunset. It’s just a short walk to a gorgeous stretch of white sand. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return!

Joanie with Beach Time Rentals is so friendly. The condo was even more beautiful and spacious than described. We had 5 adults and 3 teens and no one felt on top of each other. The pool gets great morning and afternoon sun! After coming off the beach it’s nice to have sun on the deck but the pool shaded. (About 5pm or so) so many stores within walking distance. The condo is still led with everything you could think of from linens to kitchenware to beach essentials ! We cannot wait to come back down!

This by far is one of my favorite Vrbo rentals I have ever done! Everything from the style of the house, location, convenience, and attention to detail we’re awesome! Even when the weather did not cooperate, it was beautiful to sit and watch, play games, chat, and really connect! I loved this place! We were very grateful for the elevator that helped us move in and move out. Even for some mobility challenged family members it was a blessing!

Our stay at the Blue Pearl Beach House in Indian Shores was incredible! The house itself is stunning, but the rooftop deck truly took it to another level. Watching the sunset over the Gulf from up there was unforgettable—it quickly became our favorite spot to start and end the day. The views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal were breathtaking. The location is perfect—the beach is right there! The pool had some fun in-water chairs that were actually really comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in. I saw dolphins as I was cooking! Such a cool experience We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I loved our stay at the Blue Pearl. We enjoyed the ocean view and watching the sunsets from the multiple verandas and from the rooftop level. I even saw dolphins from the couch in the main living area. The home is tastefully decorated with everything we needed- including an elevator and a beautiful heated pool. I highly recommend this lovely, welcoming beach house. We will definitely visit the Blue Pearl again! I really love the Indian Shores and Indian Rocks beach communities.

It made our mornings and sunsets extra special!The house itself is brand new, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had two families here and there is so much space! The layout is a great for a group. The location is also super convenient—close to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to feel like a private getaway. The house has easy to access garage parking. Most shops and restaurants in the area seemed to be open, having already recovered from last year’s hurricanes. If you’re looking for a comfortable beachfront stay with amazing access to the water, this is a great choice. We’ll definitely come back!

What a beautiful house. We throughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious house with gorgeous views of the ocean and Bay Area from multiple lanais and a crows nest on the 4th floor. It is on the ocean and close by to shops and restaurants. With 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there is plenty of room for a large group or family. The elevator makes it convenient to get to all floors and there is also a private pool. Kitchen is fully stocked. I highly recommend this for your beach stay.

Lovely new and very clean beach home with perfect views from multiple lanais. We loved the spiral staircase to the 4th level to view the sunsets. (Some of us took the convenient elevator). I saw dolphins as I ate my lunch. Has all the amenities with comfortable beds and a relaxing feel. We highly recommend this home and will definitely plan to return!
