Welcome to Beachside Luxury Home, a beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental in a quiet gated beachfront community near Clearwater Beach.

With approximately 3,000 square feet across three levels, high-end finishes, a private plunge pool and beach views from multiple balconies, this spacious retreat is an excellent choice for family vacations and group beach getaways.

The home is located just one house away from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy easy access to the sand while returning to the privacy and comfort of a luxury home.

Open Living, Dining and Modern Kitchen

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a stylish open-concept kitchen, dining area and family living room.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, an island with seating for four and a peninsula with seating for two more.

The formal dining area seats up to eight guests. Nearby, the bright living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and access to a spacious beach-view balcony.

A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms across the first and third levels:

First floor

Bedroom one: Two queen-size beds, private bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the private pool

Third floor

Primary suite: King-size bed, private beach-view balcony and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, separate walk-in shower and separate tub
Third bedroom: Two twin beds, large TV and PlayStation
Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed
Hallway bathroom: Tub and shower combination, shared by bedrooms three and four

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Private Plunge Pool and Outdoor Dining

The private outdoor area on the first level includes a splash-style plunge pool, outdoor dining set and BBQ grill. The fenced setting offers privacy from neighboring homes, creating a great place to relax after the beach.

The plunge pool measures approximately 16 feet long by 6 feet wide and is approximately 4.5 feet deep.

Optional pool heat is available during cooler months.

Beach-View Balconies in a Gated Community

Large balconies on the second and third floors offer lovely beach views and coastal breezes. Start the day outside with coffee, relax after a beach day or enjoy the peaceful setting from your private outdoor spaces.

Guests will have private access to the full home, private plunge pool, balconies, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, garage and laundry room.

Getting Around

Many nearby restaurants and activities are within walking distance. A vehicle is recommended for visiting Clearwater Beach and exploring additional Gulf Coast destinations.

The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

We loved this place, it was beautiful, plenty of room for the nine of us. The bathroom was conveniently located right outside the bedroom. The kitchen and dining areas were great, lots of room and plenty of cookware. The property management texted off and on to check on us and seemed very responsive when I had a question. If able, we would certainly choose this place again. Depending on who goes next year we may reserve it again.

My family and I celebrated my birthday at Beachside Luxury Hone in Indian Shores. There were 10 of us including my mom and my 2 grandchildren. This house was amazing! It was just steps from the beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We didn’t need to bring half of what we brought as this house had it all. We even had a view of the water. I am always nervous maki g accommodation arrangements as my family is very picky and they told my I did “a phenomenal job” with this one. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back!! Mona and Joani from Beachtime Rentals were amazing also. They were quick to respond every time I had a question. I could not say enough about our experience. I highly recommend this house and Beachtime Rentals.

We had a great time at this rental house which is right on the beach and would recommend to anyone. My wife and I brought four of our kids (ages 11-19) along with one nephew and two of our kids’ friends for a total of 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. Space was not an issue and the location could not have been better. Overall, 10/10 and we’re already trying to figure out how we can rent this place again next year so hopefully that is testament enough about how much my family and I loved this place!

My girlfriends and I shared this house for a long weekend. It was wonderful. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms and in the living spaces. It was clean and the best thing was that they left us plenty of the important things that other rentals don't. They left us plenty of paper products, cleaning products, trash bags, shampoo, soap etc. These are the tiny touches that make a good rental great in my opinion. The house really is awesome. The views are incredible. There are lots of beach chairs and floats in the garage as well.

Great location and beautiful patio views of the beach which I spent a lot of time on because the beach was crowed given that it was a holiday weekend but that is very typical for Florida beaches. The house had plenty of room for 7 people. Great that almost every room had it's own full bath. House was very clean which was very important to me. Nice that it had it's own little pool. There is a great French bakery in walking distance and plenty of other restaurants. Grocery store is not far away. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for my daughter's high school graduation for our family. Rented two of the units since there were 14 of us and it was perfect. Great location right on the beach. Loved that each unit had it's own little pool. It was right next to a private beach area so could get away from the Memorial Day crowds. Close to restaurants and grocery. Would highly recommend.

My group enjoyed this vacation home very much. We loved having a view of the water and we were spoiled by the close proximity to the beach. The location can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for our party of 7.
Pros - Large, well-stocked kitchen. Ample seating for everyone in the living room. Comfortable beds. Within walking distance to a few restaurants. The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying the view with morning coffee.
Suggestion - blackout curtains in the primary bedroom would be a nice addition as the mornings are bright.
We hope to return next fall.

Great location. Plenty of various eating places nearby to choose from. Great little French Bakery just a short walk away! The small pool was fun for the family's kiddos to play in. Beach just a few steps away. Questions prior to arrival answered quickly via text. I would recommend updates to some of the living room furniture (some stains on the seat cushions). Kitchen was stocked well. The large kitchen table was great for our meals (5 adults and 2 little kids). Large island made food prep easy. Beds were comfortable.

Very nice place on the beach. The property description was accurate. I would recommend to a friend. There were a few things that could have made the stay better. Pool heater was broken. Only other issue was the downstairs ac unit could not keep up. The coolest this area got with ceiling fans running was 75 with the thermostat set at 72. We would stay here again.

VERY nice house literally 20 steps from the beach. This home has tons of sand toys for the kids, very well stocked kitchen, and was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool is a plus for the kids and for cooling off. The street is very private and safe. Parking is limited, so don't bring too many vehicles. Awesome views of the gulf from both porches. Our house was spacious and clean. Great location just yards from the beach, and close to restaurants. there were a couple minor maintenance items that could be looked at, like loose kitchen faucet. Had to get it in right position so it didn't drip. Would have like to have been able to use pool heater as our pool was between houses so in shade mostly, but staff said they don't use heaters after April or something like that. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We booked a private party boat with captain for one of our days in Florida and had a great experience. that was through "A Boat Day" company. Beach was beautiful white powdery sand, water clear. I would rent again and recommend to others. We rented a 7 passenger SUV while there and it was a bit tight to park in garage.

The home is in a perfect location – steps from the beach and easy walking distance to great dining locations. We love having the two decks both with great views of the beach! Due to the time of year we visited, we had the pool heated so on cooler days, the kids could still enjoy playing in the water. Great kitchen and dining areas and all the rooms were spacious. Enjoyed the week at our rental. Location was great but parking was a problem. Only allowed 2 vehicles for a 4 bedroom rental. There were some housekeeping issues. TV remotes not working, vacuum bag full, propane tank on grill was empty. Nice location to the gulf and very safe neighborhood. The check in information was to be e-mailed prior to arrival. I had to call the number in order to get the information. The door code was incorrect and could not access the property.

Steps from one of the most gorgeous beaches Ive ever seen. Watched the dolphins jumpning, swam with manatees and huge schools of yellowtail. Accomodations easily handled our large group with all we needed. Would definitely stay again.
