The unit offers an open floor plan with 1100 sq ft, making it feel spacious and inviting. This beautiful beachfront condo sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy the tranquility and peace and being located right on the Gulf with the most stunning panoramic view of the water.

As soon as you walk into this gorgeous unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and beautiful white cabinetry and easy access to the dining area. The dining area seats 4 guests.

The living room has been beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas – one being a sleeper sofa, a large TV and wonderful Gulf views.

There is ample seating in the dining and living areas for your family and friends to enjoy.

The extended private balcony may be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom, offering the most amazing views. Sunset views are guaranteed from here 365 days of the year!

The Primary bedroom offers a King bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. The living room has a Sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents.

The shared pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear Gulf waters, with ample poolside seating, umbrellas and a bbq area – all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

We spent 4 days on the beach celebrating our mom's 80th birthday. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The condo is literally across the street from John's Pass which was so convenient since we didn't have a car. We enjoyed shopping, restaurants and live music and of course lots of beach time. I really enjoyed the suggestions from the owners and even had groceries delivered when we arrived. Perfect!

The unit was nice and clean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The elevator was down the entire time. I didn't like having to use a key to go into pool or beach. There was construction noise from another unit. Check-in and check-out instructions could be better.

We chose this rental for location, location, location and it did not disappoint!!! We woke up to a spectacular view of the ocean while sipping our coffee. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice new washer/dryer. There were plenty of beach items to take and use for the beach and we bought a few items to donate to the beach trunk as well for others to use after us. You literally cross the street to enjoy the John’s Pass shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We also took a boat ride on the Shark Boat and saw lots of dolphins on our ride. We could not have had a better time and the beach access was the absolute highlight. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves, very private. The last day we were at the beach a manatee was just floating by us 20 ft. away! If I were to give any suggestion it would be to add box springs to the beds for a little more comfort but we would LOVE to return, thank you for having us!

This was a great place to stay with two kids (ages 4 and 5). We had easy access to the beach and the pool. It was right across the street from John’s Pass so we were able to shop and eat at many different places within walking distance.

The condo was spacious, beautiful, clean, and well equipped. They even provided extra toiletries, and kitchen supplies, more than I've seen at other rentals. We would definitely stay again. It was hard to leave. The oceanfront room made it easy for our older kids to go to the room if they wanted to get out of the sun and easily keep an eye on us at the beach. The building does require keys to get anywhere, which can be a pain but keeps other people off the premises that are not staying there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great communication from the host.

This was our first trip to Madeira Beach, and it won’t be our last! Our condo was very clean, updated and very well-supplied for our needs. The grounds were also clean and well maintained. We loved our ocean-front view!! So easy to walk right out to the beach! Just amazing! And having John’s Pass right across the street for dining and shopping was perfect! I would absolutely recommend Madeira Beach Norte and Madeira Beach to friends and family! We were so sad to have to leave!

Unit was in a great location and was mostly well equipped with amenities. It could use a couple must haves for a family vacation like a crock pot for easy meals and definitely an ice maker. Having to buy ice daily when you spend a bunch on a beach side unit is disheartening. Other than that, this unit is great!

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed for our stay, beach towels, hand soap for all sinks, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the things I did not have to Instacart which was great. The location is great!! Sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play each morning, just steps to the beach. Its located directly across from John's Pass, which was a plus for our family. The pool is heated which was also great as it gave our girls an alternative thing to do, as it was a little chilly during our stay. The condo and the complex are older, updates to the bathroom would are needed but for our family not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was clean and a very short walk to the beach. Excellent views, great restaurants in the area and a very safe location. Highly recommend Charter Finders if you are planning to do a dolphin/shelling cruise. Waltz fish shak and the friendly fisherman are exceptional restaurants in the area. 4 stars due to some things in the unit that were not working as advertised, other than those few items, it is a great condo and perfect location.

Our vacation was fantastic! The check-in process with the keys was not as smooth as it could have been, however it was resolved quickly. Needing keys to access the beach and pool was slightly tedious, but not enough to sway us from going back. The property was well stocked and very clean. Fantastic for our family of 4. Location is perfect for beach access and evening entertainment. Would definitely go back!

One word "Seamless". From start to finish, everyone was so helpful and informative. We did not have to guess about anything. The premises that we rented were great! The condo was a great location with terrific views of the daily sunset. Condo kitchen was updated and current. Television system was first rate. We were able to use our AppleTV and Netflix. We would stay here again. Beach was never too crowded in the front of the building. You’ll be happy if you choose this condo for a stay.

My family and I had a wonderful short visit to Madeira Beach, and we felt so lucky to have found this place. It could not have been any closer to the beach! Also, I noticed that this was one of the few buildings in the area that had a decent amount of beach in front of it. Great for spreading out and feeling private, and also for my 7 year old son who spent a lot of time kicking a soccer ball around in the sand without bothering other people. There is a box of beach supplies, as well as beach towels. This is important information for people like us who just flew in for 4 nights and didn't want to spend time and money shopping. Also, there are a lot of books that others have left - a very large selection for adults and younger readers and even my 10 year old daughter found 4 books to read while there. The balcony is fabulous. We all enjoyed it tremendously.

We utilized our furnished balcony as if we were sitting right on the beach! The view was great from inside the condo as well. Even better, it was just a short walk out to the sand and waves. right across the street from John's Pass. Park your car when you arrive and walk to everything you need except the grocery. Take advantage of the Trolley that runs from JP to Clearwater (only runs on the weekend). We did that and then took the water taxi from Clearwater to Dunedin and walked around to a bunch of breweries - then water taxi to trolley and we're back to Madiera Norte! 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths makes it kind of tight when everyone is getting ready but the view from the balcony makes it worth it while you're waiting. great place, will be back!

Fantastic unit. The views are incredible. Location can't be beat. Close to everything you'd need. The beach was perfect. Not too crowded. The unit itself was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was every supply you'd need to make it like home. The hosts were outstanding. They answered every question I had and were great at giving additional information.

The rental experience was very good. The condo was exactly as expected, clean, and very close to the beach which was our goal. We didn't enjoy being as close to John's Pass, and the crowds from the public beach on the weekend and were disappointed that all of the restaurants were still understaffed and stopped taking tables very early in the evening. However, the beauty of the beach more than made up for any shortcomings. Great local places - Sweet Brewnette's, Mad Beach Fish House, Salt Rock Grill.
