Comfortable Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Beachfront Aldea II comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A window in the bedroom provides a partial beach view.

The guest bedroom features two XL twin beds, a desk, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This is a ground-floor unit, providing convenient access to the property and surrounding amenities.

The community pool is heated during the cooler months, making it possible to enjoy the pool even when temperatures are lower.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless it is a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

The condo was just steps from the beach, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets every day. The pool was conveniently close, and the condo itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for a two-bedroom. We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was by far my favorite stay on Belleair Beach! The view is absolutely stunning — just steps away from the ocean. The beach equipment and heated pool were perfect touches. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything I needed to cook and enjoy dinner with friends while watching the sunset from the patio. It was a gorgeous, comfortable, and well-equipped space. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation At Belleair Beach. This condo is just as advertised. Sure clean, beautiful and in the perfect location . Just a short walk to beach. There were plenty of towels and supplies. beach time rental was very responsive. We would definitely rent here again if we come back.
