The open-concept living room and kitchen create a comfortable place to relax, prepare meals, and spend time together. The living area includes a cozy sofa, accent chairs, and a 65-inch Smart TV for movie nights after a day at the beach.

Important Details Before Booking

Aldea is a quiet residential community and is not suitable for loud parties or large gatherings.

The property does not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers, or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over 25 unless traveling as a family. Reservations made under false pretenses may result in eviction and forfeiture of advance rent and deposits.

I would highly recommend the condo at Aldea number 7 on Belleair Beach Florida . My wife and I have Rented this unit for several years The condo is newly renovated and tastefully decorated, super functional , well equipped and very clean . It has a great kitchen, cozy living room and beautiful gulf view. The unit also has a second bedroom , perfect for guests. My children visited and it was nice to have an extra bedroom for them . There is a heated pool and the unit is steps away from the Gulf of Mexico . My wife and I are looking forward to returning to this Beach oasis . William and Jane
