Welcome to Beach Living, a beautifully updated three-bedroom townhouse in Indian Shores.

This spacious beach villa offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for 6–8 guests. Located in a waterfront community with the Intracoastal on one side and the beach just across Gulf Boulevard, it provides the best of both coastal settings.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The second level features the main living areas, including an open, inviting living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, sofa bed and high vaulted ceilings.

The dining table seats four guests and is adjacent to the fully equipped galley kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.

From the living room and balcony, enjoy beautiful Gulf views and coastal breezes.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Beach Living offers three bedrooms across two levels:

Ground level

Bedroom one: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony and private entrance

Second level

Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
Third bedroom: King-size bed and bathroom with tub/shower combination
Living area: Sofa bed

The townhouse accommodates 6–8 guests.

Gulf-View Balcony and Private Ground-Level Suite

The ground-level bedroom offers added privacy with its own entrance, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.

The main living area also opens to a balcony with Gulf views—an ideal place for coffee, relaxed afternoons or winding down after the beach.

Heated Pool, Deeded Beach Access and Intracoastal Access

The exclusive community includes 15 townhouses, a heated swimming pool, deeded beach access and Intracoastal access.

The beach is directly across the street from the community. Guests also have access to complimentary chaise lounges on the sand.

We had a great stay! The location was unbeatable—just a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach wagon was such a helpful touch for carrying our things. The host was super responsive, which made everything smooth. Our family really enjoyed our time here!

Overall

Our family loved the house. It was beautiful inside and you have a beautiful view of the beach to look at while you eating. The location of the house was awesome a short little walk across the road to the beach and a little drive down the road to the grocery store. There was a wagon at the house that was great to have to use when you have little ones. They had other things there to use as well such as chairs,toys and umbrellas. Thank you so much for the awesome family memories!!!
