Beach Escape offered by Beach Time rentals

This spacious and comfortable home is the ideal setting for large group, family reunion, corporate lodging, beach reunions and much more!

The family compound features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 16 beachgoers to stay in this home.

The floor plan is open, spacious and bright with 2 floors and 3500 square feet.

Ground level features 2 - one car garage, in each garage you will find a washer and dryer. Ground level also offers the first bedroom with a King size bed and a full size bunk bed. A separate full bathroom is available. Second bedroom offers a King size bed and a full size bunk bed. These bedrooms are ideal for a family with kids. A second separate full bathroom is available in the hallway.

The second floor features the rest of the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining areas, kitchen, decks and living room. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed, fifth bedroom has a King size bed and a full size bunk bed. Sixth bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bathroom is located near the kitchen and the fourth bathroom is located in the hall near the bedrooms. (All bathrooms have showers)

All bedrooms are comfortably furnished, spacious and have a ROKU flat screen TV with access to streaming apps. This gorgeous beach home has great amenities at an affordable pricing.

Our multi family vacation home features a big and open living room with two large full sized couches and two love seats to allow you to relax comfortably as you relish these spacious surroundings. Flat screen TV is also available in our living room.

An open and modern kitchen is open to the dining area and features Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our fully equipped kitchen includes an island with additional seating for 3 guests.

A formal dining area has two dining sets that seats 16 guests total with a flat screen TV.

The home has lots of outdoor spaces such as screened in decks in the back of the property and a side paved area perfect for grilling.

Beach Escape is indeed a delight and will provide a very special setting for a fantastic family vacation or fun friendly reunion.

The beach is ONLY a 4 minute walk!

The location of this wonderful property places you right in town walking distance to the beach, fishing, specialty shops, friendly casual bars, an abundance of amusements and much more!

Brand new pool. Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
1 pet may be considered with a $150 pet fee + taxes.

Perfect place for a large group! We had plenty of room, and the private pool was a blessing - we had 6 children with us. Beach was close and very walkable. Extra bonus was all the beach/pool toys, and the double stroller, which we used every day.would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. Plenty of room for our big group, clean, and walkable to the beach and restaurants. We paid for the pool heat and by the 3rd day the weather and pool were comfortable enough to enjoy! We all discussed coming back w our extended families :) 10/10, highly recommend

This is our second time renting this house for our yearly girls’ weekend. The house is fabulous. So roomy and has everything you would need. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

This rental was absolutely fabulous! We were a large group meeting the maximum occupancy and everyone had enough space to eat, lounge and play. Hands down, the best stocked kitchen of ANY house or condo we’ve ever stayed in! The proximity to the beach was perfect and the area felt very safe even with our younger kiddos.
Beach time rentals were always courteous and very easy to work with...super pleased with the cleanliness of the rental when we arrived!
The next time we’re headed to Indian Rocks Beach we plan on staying here again! Amazing, easy experience from start to finish!!! Thank you❤️

We had three families sharing this home for a week. Plenty of room for all with a large kitchen and family room area. Great bedroom spaces as well! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy large "framily" meals. The pool area was terrific and there were plenty of pool floaties and items supplied. It's a super easy and quick walk to the beach and the street is directly across from a beach access point which was fabulous. We really can't say enough good things about this house!

The prime location made for a convenient and fun vacation with friends. Located just three blocks from the beach, it made beach days easy and the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. I booked this place for my friend's bachelor party, which was perfect! Everyone was very comfortable and the pool was terrific. One thing to be conscientious of is there's a noise ordinance that is pretty strict but that wasn't an issue for us as we were enjoying the nightlife.

This rental accommodated our family of 20 with room to spare. Everything was very roomy. Having a pool was a huge asset especially with little kids. The location is great as you can walk back and forth to the beach and a couple pubs and restaurants. A small downfall were the rock hard beds and flat pillows. A mattress topper would of made a big difference. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we'd definitely rent here again.

Springbreak for 12 guests aged 15 to 74!! Accomodations were perfect for our group. We loved the location, the proximity to the beach and the pool was perfect. We had one minor issue that was addressed and solved by management.

The house is located in a great location and amazingly roomy. All necessary kitchen supplies/tools were there as well as comfortable beds.
The one downfall was the roach issue. I would give the rating of 5 plus if it wasn’t for the bug issue.

Our family really enjoyed Beach Escape. It was clean, spacious and you could not beat the location. The layout was nice for accommodating multiple families while still letting them feel like they each had their own space. The pool was clean, private and had lots of chairs for relaxing. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept on during my Airbnb stays and they had nice soft blankets that were in the closets, perfect for the first couple of days that ended up being chilly at night. The walk to the beach was not far and there were plenty of towels, coolers, and chairs to accommodate all the guest. The nearby parks were fabulous for walking and letting the kids burn off energy. There were plenty of places to get coffee in the mornings and meals/drinks within walking distance throughout the day and night. We used the trolley to head down to John’s Pass for the day which was very easy and economical. We are already looking for dates to book again! Thank you.

This place was wonderful for our group of 13. Everyone had their own bedroom/space. The beach was close. 3 min walk. We paid to heat the pool, it was very nice. The community was nice and quiet with lots of small local shops and restaurants. Not many high rises which was nice. The home has many steps so if you can not do steps this home is not for you. The kitchen was supplied nicely , however the knives were very dull, and their was only 1-2 sets of kitchen towels. It could of also used a few more cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again. Lovely home.

We loved Beach Escape! It was just as described, clean, roomy, bright, and in a great location! The layout of the house is perfect for family gatherings-lots of space to be together, but also room to have alone time. The beach is right there-easy 1 1/2 block walk and beautiful and quiet. There were also parks close by to walk to-one had a pickleball court. Many good places to eat nearby also! We had zero complaints about this house or Beach Time Rentals. This was the best vacation ever the house was big enough for everyone in my family, my kids grandkids all had separate sleeping space great. Place was clean and so convenient to the beach and walkable to 2 area superb restaurants. Plenty of space and linens. Had trouble the first day with water pressure in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but was fixed the next day. Plenty of parking. We had an SUV and 3 minivans with room for another vehicle if needed. My go back to this same house again in the near future.

A perfect stay at a perfect home. Clean, well set up, thoughtful touches. The pool is wonderful and the clean beautiful beach is only 2 blocks away. There were three families in our group (6 adults and 6 kids all under the age of six.) The kitchen and eating area and living room are all excellent for a group. And the many bedrooms and bathrooms are set up in a way that allows for privacy but without feeling like you are too detached from the group. Joanie, our host, was very thoughtful and responsive. Also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We can’t wait to return!!

Our group of women have been traveling together over 20 years. The house was spacious, with 6 bedrooms, only 2 of us had to share a room. The house was very close to the beach and the sand on the beach was as soft as cornstarch. Great location, close to shopping and a great variety of restaurants. The house worked great for our family! There were enough bedrooms that we could have our own space. The commons areas were large to accommodate all 16 of us, infants to seniors. The kitchen was great. The fenced pool gave us peace of mind that the little children wouldn't get into it without an adult. We loved being close to the beach. We all loved the house! We had an amazing vacation stay at Beach Escape. There were 17 of us (including 5 children 5 and under) and this house was PERFECT for us for sleeping, eating, etc. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was great once it was heated. The house was very clean when we arrived. Joanie was very helpful with check in and answered all questions we had very promptly and took care of the pool heater issue immediately. Mona at Beachtime Rentals was amazing and also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group. I do wish there would've been chairs to take to beach like was mentioned in previous reviews so we didn't have to rent them at the beach. Also, pool toys would be nice for kids (or even toys because when you are travelling via airplane, there is only so much room in a suitcase). We did purchase a pack n play while we were there and left it at the house for the next family with small children so hopefully it will stay at the house.

We try to schedule an annual golf trip the same weekend in October. Last year was missed because of Covid and this year we planned on 12 guys attending. We are all in our 60's and 70's and I specifically wanted a big enough house to hold 12 separate beds. The pictures showed 12 beds but two were bunk beds. I was told the bunk beds were changed to separate single beds so we chose this house. Only 11 guys ended up going. When we arrived, we had some difficulty getting in because the code didn't work but then we did get that straightened out. The bunk beds were there, and one of the bathrooms wasn't as clean as it should have been. Overall the house was great, and in an excellent location for us. Minor issues that did not make a difference to our vacation.

It was a great place for a large group. Everyone had their own room, but it is also very open so you're still all together.
Parking is really only for 6 CARS... parking trucks or SUVs is a bit of a challenge, so make sure you keep this in mind.
All in all, if you have a large group that wants to stay together, this is a great place to do so.

Experience was great - We had to move our family vacation from 2020 to 2021 and the property manager was great in helping us move to a different year. We had 12 in our group and had great room for everyone. The Red Tide kept us from enjoying the beach as much as we would have liked. One thing that we would suggest be added to the house - games/cards/books for reading - all of the large homes we have rented previously had games for all age groups, puzzles for rainy days and books to read during the vacation. But, great house for large groups

We stayed with a large family group and had the best time. The location to the beach was great. It's not a bad walk with kids. The pool was nice and well maintained. The BBQ grill and picnic area were a nice addition as well. We all felt like we had plenty of room. We've stayed in other places as a family and felt like this house kept sound from traveling (so we didn't wake up the young ones after bedtime) and we could find a place to get away from the group if we needed to. Indian Rocks Beach has a great residential and slow-paced vibe that we enjoyed. We didn't have any issues with neighbors at all.- we were inside early since the kids were sleeping and we mostly spent our evenings walking on the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with plates/bowls/cups/silverware. Not a lot of pantry items but that was okay with us.

A great stay with our family. Pictures are accurate. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates etc.
Contacting the company was very easy and they were always quick to respond.
The walk to the beach was easy even with kids and all of the beach things. Can walk to Guppy's which is nice and very close to other restaurants in IRB.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for thw 13!of us.. The pool was great and used daily with the warm temperatures. There are a few restaurants within walking distance with good food. It is a quiet neighborhood! You can not be loud outside after 10 pm or neighbors will call the landlord and/or police. The lights at the pool turn off then as well. If your group likes to stay up late they must stay inside!

Beach Escape was the perfect spot for us to take a group of senior high school students to celebrate before graduation. The house is very spacious, especially the kitchen and dining area, which could easily accommodate our group of 21 people. The pool was bigger than it looked in the picture and was a great area for the kids to hang out. We also loved the grilling and picnic area, again which could easily accommodate our entire group. The house was a very short walk to a perfect beach area that was not that crowded. Probably the best part was that the area was safe and we could also easily walk to so many nice restaurants and shops. The house was very clean upon arrival and also has two sets of washers and dryers which came in handy for towels. We highly recommend this property!

My wife and I rented this house for ourselves, our wedding party, and her family in early November. The house is fantastic! Large kitchen/dining room area to hangout, fairly large pool, and a short walk to the beach. We had 20 people there for 5 days and there is plenty of room for everyone comfortably. We will for sure be renting this house again for our next large group trip to Florida.

Our stay at your premises was awesome. We had a large group of 19 and the house accommodated us far better than we imagined it could. Being walking distance to the beach was also a huge advantage. The pool was the hotspot for our 11 grandchildren.
