This breathtaking and unique property boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a floor plan that is sure to keep your family and friends happy.

The showstopper in this home is the interior design and pool area. No matter where you turn, you see the magnificent blue ocean. A swimming pool and lounge seating all around is the perfect way to enjoy your deserving vacation.

Main Floor:

You will be taken back as soon as you walk into this magnificent home.

The main floor features: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, foyer, full bathroom and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is truly a dream. Oversized island, custom vent hood, gas range, two large sinks, stand alone freezer, two dishwashers and much more. Truly a chef's kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the main living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful view as you are cooking up a meal for your family and friends!

With the ocean as your backdrop, you can seat up to 8 people comfortably in the dining area with easy access to all parts of the home.

Living area is large with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV but better yet – THE VIEWS!. The living area has stackable sliders that open all the way and right outside you will find a large balcony.

Each balcony has plenty of seating areas where your extended family can enjoy the water views. Second floor balcony features seating and dining areas with a flat-screen TV and a grill.

The first floor features a bedroom with a Twin bed, along with a full bathroom and walk-in shower for your convenience.

The décor, finishes and design are top of the line. You won't find another rental property with these features.

Top Floor:

As you go up the stairs, you will find a second living space with comfortable seating, a wet bar, flat-screen TV and access to a waterfront balcony.

The Primary Bedroom is equipped with a King bed with quality linens, a flat screen TV, a seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub. Best of all, access to the extended waterfront balcony. Wake up each day to the smell of the ocean while you drink your morning coffee. The primary bathroom is taken out of a magazine!

Second bedroom features 2 sets of Full bunk beds and access to a full bathroom.

Third bedroom features a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

This property accommodates 8-10 guests total.

Laundry room is located on the top floor.

There is a large balcony that extends from the Primary bedroom to the second living area and equipped with top of the line furniture.

Exterior:
Amazing landscaping and gorgeous curb appeal in the front and a showstopper in the back!

Large pool with waterfall and hot tub overlooking the water. Can you imagine the sunsets laying by the pool?

On the second floor balcony, we have a gas grill, green egg and a sink for your convenience.

It also features a dock perfect for fishing.

Location:

Our Bayside Paradise is located in Indian Rocks Beach in a residential neighbor and just a 10 mnt walk to the beach (3 blocks). There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Important Notes:
*Boat and lift are off limits.
*No boats can dock on the property.
*Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

We had a surprise engagement party for our son and is fiancee. This was the PERFECT setting! Joanie and VRBO did an outstanding job from step one, until the end. There is NOTHING negative to say about this experience. DO NOT hesitate to stay here!

House was great! Everything terrific! One change I would suggest is putting a larger bed in the 4th bedroom to accommodate at least a couple. Perhaps this only applies to us but for that size house my only issue was where to put married couples. Truly had a wonderful visit.

What a great experience.

I rented this house as a present for my friends. They had gone through a tough year and needed a break. Four of us stayed in the house (grandmother - age 74, daughter - age 40, me – age 61 and grandson – age 3). My friends live in Florida and I flew down from NY. I loaded everyone in the car and off we went, sight unseen to our adventure.

I was a bit nervous because I had never actually seen the house and wanted things to be perfect. PERFECT it was.

The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the location is residential, safe and secure. This isn't a party house that is next to a bars and hotels - this is an upscale family house that is quiet.

The beach is truly two blocks away if you like sand, water and sun. I stayed at the house most of the time with no desire to leave.

We had rain for four of the days but it was no problem, even for a 3-year old. There was enough to experience.

The house is fully equipped with TV’s, and games. There is a 2nd floor room that is great for kids. Lots of outside seating and a full laundry room which I kept busy with wet towels with all the rain.

The property and the house are just as the photos reveal – even better. If you are looking for an exceptional experience to get away - look no further. This is the place for you.

Beautiful home with picture-perfect views from the expansive balcony. Walking distance to the beach, but our kids primarily enjoyed the heated pool. We had six travelers, but the house easily could have accommodated two families with plenty of room. We would absolutely stay again.

This home was amazing. My family and I absolutely loved it. We have zero complaints. I couldn’t even think of one if I tried. My wife was in heaven. Lol. It was like a show room or a page straight out of a RH, pottery barn, and or crate and barrel catalog. The kids wanted to sleep in the pool. Lol. The stay was great. Again zero complaints.

This is such a beautiful house. Beautifully decorated corner to corner. The kitchen itself was huge and well-stocked. All the beds and especially the master is out of a magazine. This house is located in a quaint neighborhood, but close to great restaurants. Beautiful Indian Rocks beach access close by. The pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. My family really enjoyed their stay and we recommend this to all.

This property was everything as described and more! There were so many more “extras” that weren’t even listed in the description. Such as: toys and games for the kids, beach items to use (chairs, folding wagon, beach toys, boards, floaties), an abundance of beach/pool towels. Literally, everything imaginable to make our stay unforgettable. The property manager we had the pleasure to work with was Heidi and she went above and beyond! Very friendly and attentive. The walk to the beach was short and manageable (even with twin 4 year olds!). The views from the balconies were wonderful and we spotted dolphins several mornings! Highly recommend this beautiful home for a family wanting to have plenty of space and luxurious surroundings for their next vacation!
