Welcome to Aldea 7, a charming one-bedroom beachfront condo in Belleair Beach. Designed for a couple or small family, this inviting retreat accommodates up to two adults and two children.

Enjoy a relaxed Gulf Coast stay with direct beach access, beautiful water views and a peaceful residential setting right on the sand.

Open Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas

The open-concept living room and kitchen create a comfortable space to relax, prepare meals and spend quality time together.

The living area features a cozy sofa, accent chairs and a large 65-inch Smart TV for quiet movie nights after a day at the beach. A dining table seats four guests and provides a convenient spot for meals, games or planning your next coastal adventure.

The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials for everything from beach snacks to home-cooked dinners.

Bedroom and Bunkie Sleeping Area

Aldea 7 offers a comfortable layout for a small family:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed and writing desk/makeup table Bunkie nook: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for children Hallway bathroom: Walk-in shower

The condo is best suited for up to two adults and two children.

Large sliding glass doors bring natural light and Gulf views into the living room, dining area and kitchen.

Step outside to the private ground-floor patio for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or simply the chance to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The beach is only steps away, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you wish.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

I would highly recommend the condo at Aldea number 7 on Belleair Beach Florida . My wife and I have Rented this unit for several years The condo is newly renovated and tastefully decorated, super functional , well equipped and very clean . It has a great kitchen, cozy living room and beautiful gulf view. The unit also has a second bedroom , perfect for guests. My children visited and it was nice to have an extra bedroom for them . There is a heated pool and the unit is steps away from the Gulf of Mexico . My wife and I are looking forward to returning to this Beach oasis . William and Jane
