Welcome to Aldea 6, a unique two-level beachfront townhome in Belleair Beach. One of the few 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom properties in the Aldea community, this spacious vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

With beautiful Gulf views, direct access to the beach and a private rooftop deck, Aldea 6 is a popular choice for families seeking a peaceful beach vacation near Clearwater Beach.

Gulf-View Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas

The first level features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals during your stay. The dining and living areas both offer beautiful Gulf views, providing a comfortable setting to gather, eat and relax.

A beachfront balcony just off the living area lets you step outside to enjoy the coastal scenery. From the balcony, a spiral staircase leads to the first level, where a pathway brings you directly to the sands of Belleair Beach.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

The townhome offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms:

First level

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
  • Second bedroom: Two twin beds
  • Third bedroom: Bunk beds

Upper level

  • Second primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom

This location had a wonderful view and great access to the beach and the pool. The host were very responsive and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Any issues we had were responded to and handled promptly. We look forward to booking again!

Absolutely LOVED the space — it was perfect for all 7 of us! The location couldn’t have been better; it was amazing to be so close to the beach and just run up to grab anything we needed. No need to drag a bunch of stuff down! And the privacy? Incredible. The beach felt super low-key and quiet — no public access and barely more than 10 people around at any point during the day. The pool was also conveniently close and peaceful. We loved being near the stores and still close enough to Clearwater to explore restaurants, but far enough to escape the crowds. We’ll definitely be renting this unit again!

We had an overall good time during our stay. There were a number of maintenance issues that were addressed and repaired during our stay. We received additional linens and new pots and pans while we were there. One issue that has not been addressed is the crack in the oven door glass.

Excellent location, great view of beach and gulf. Sunsets were amazing. The unit i stayed in I would return, but it ready for upgrade based on current price I paid.

We usually stay on Sanibel for January, but, of course, we could not this year. We were fortunate that this wonderful townhome was available for January. Beautiful setting. The beach and sunsets are beautiful!. Very quiet complex. We have booked again for next year.

We rented this place for our children and grandchildren and they had a wonderful time! They had a few issues when they first arrived but they were quickly resolved! The rental manager, Allison was very helpful and responded quickly! We would definitely rent from this management company again.
