Welcome to Aldea 18, a beautifully updated beachfront retreat in Belleair Beach. This two-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers the ideal setting for a peaceful Gulf Coast escape.

Professionally decorated with quality finishes, this inviting vacation rental combines comfortable interiors, spectacular Gulf views and easy access to both the beach and community pool.

Comfortable Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas

The comfortable living room features a large 75-inch TV, sofa, loveseat and dining table seating for up to six guests. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

This Belleair Beach condo includes two private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom:

Lower-level bedroom: Tempur-Pedic queen-size bed, sofa, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Upper-level primary bedroom: Tempur-Pedic queen-size bed, 65-inch TV, wall-mounted fireplace and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination

The upper-level bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and offers an additional private retreat for guests.

Private Upper Deck with Gulf Sunset Views

The upper-level primary suite opens onto a spacious private deck, perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset over the Gulf.

The deck includes a high-top table for four and two chaise lounges, offering a comfortable space to dine outdoors, read or simply take in the beach views.

Easy Beach Access and Community Pool

A spiral staircase from the balcony leads down to the community grounds, beach access and pool area. The Aldea community pool is heated during cooler months.

Aldea is a sought-after oceanfront community in Belleair Beach, designed for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation. This small residential building is not suitable for large gatherings or loud parties.

Important Details Before Booking

Accommodates up to 4 guests
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms
No pets allowed
Pool is heated during cooler months
Large gatherings and loud parties are not permitted
Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted
The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family
Owner storage spaces are securely locked and are not accessible to guests

This property was in pristine condition and the distance to a near empty beach made this the perfect location to celebrate our 10th anniversary! Comfort was found throughout the entire condo. The only slightly negative comment was the height of the beds. Overall the condo, beach and location kept us and our 16 and 13 year old entertained and relaxed all week. Thank you!

Great location with super easy access to the pool and beach. The place had everything we could need and Alex, the owner, was amazing to work with. The beach location was perfect as we didn’t want to be around any heavily populated hotels or high rise condos. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with a million dollar view this is it!

This is a fantastic condo directly on a quiet and beautiful beach. Paradise indeed in every way. Every room is beautifully decorated, high end, and the 2 bedroom arrangement guarantees privacy and luxury for guests. The sunset views from the very private upper deck are spectacular. This condo was beyond clean... so welcoming.... and the owners could not have been nicer, more accommodating, basically, the penultimate premier hosts! Truly, our Belleair Beach vacation has exceeded all expectations and we look forward to our return. Thank you so much!

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and well-appointed. The beds were so comfortable. Beach access was incredibly convenient, and the sunsets were spectacular. After spending time on the beautiful, clean beach, we’d rinse off and relax by the pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous beach home! It’s by far our favorite place we’ve stayed and we come to this area frequently. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We will be staying here again!

We really haven't been to this area before so we lucked into a condo on Belleair Beach. There are numerous large homes and a limited number of condos (no true high rises) on a long stretch of beautiful beach. While there are limited businesses nearby, you can find food and activities a short drive away. We've never spent so much time in the ocean and pool - both were amazingly warm and enjoyable. This was without question the best stocked VRBO property we have ever rented - unbelievable all of the supplies and kitchen equipment provided. There was even a gadget drawer with batteries, chip clips, etc. Definitely recommend this locationand this condo!!
