3 Palms Retreat offered by Beach Time Rentals

Our gulf-front property is composed of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a duplex with two 2-bedroom units, totaling 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our retreat will accommodate up to 16 guests.

The beachfront duplex is composed of two adjacent cottages providing over 2000 square feet of luxury space together. The main house provides 1500 sq ft.

Each unit in the gulf front duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living area and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the views.

The kitchen in each unit is equipped granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including smooth-top stove, a beautiful dining set, and every appliance and utensil we could think of. You will find everything you need to make a gourmet family meal or have a casual night in.

Each living room is spacious and features a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and views of the beach.

The bedrooms in each unit feature a King bed in the first bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Each primary bedroom has Ocean views. Totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great set up for a family arrangement. All bedrooms are furnished exquisitely, with fine linens and cozy bedding.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful home features a kitchen, dining area and living area. All bedrooms in this property feature a King bed. Enjoy pure luxury in this private home located in Indian Rocks Beach.

Our multi-family holiday resort has private access to a sensational beach and lots of space to spread out. Many of the families having reunions love being together, but like to have their own space and this property provides just that! Having enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

Loved 3 Palms Retreat. Stayed there for a week with our 4 children and their families. Really enjoyed being right on the beach. We swam, watched spectacular sunsets from the deck, caught some waves, saw dolphins, found sand dollars and played in the sand. Used the gas grill and enjoyed many meals right on the large table on the back deck with perfect Gulf views. We were close enough to wave to adults on beach to hand off grandkids. Recommend walking over to French Bakery for treats, breads and breakfast. Also enjoyed walking to Beach Waves Grill. Definitely one of our favorite family vacations!! Hope to come back.

3 Palms is a beautiful property right on the beach that meets my family’s needs with 7 bedrooms. The beach is just steps away with a porch for relaxing as well as 2 screened patios. No trouble with parking and shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Our women’s hockey team has stayed her for the past 2 years while playing in an over 50 tourney! While we don’t win a lot of games, we always score with this incredible place to stay- swimming in the beautiful, warm gulf, taking long walks on fine, sandy beaches, breezy screen porch naps with a view, and ending with a spectacular sunset each night. Units are well equipped, including some nice upgrades this year, and the property manager is highly supportive and responsive.

We had an awesome time at this property. Right on the beach and we’ll equipped for an extended stay. I would only caution that it is not one property it is a main home and a two apartment building (apartments are on the beach). So much to do nearby and communication was good. Recommend for a group of families that want to meet at the beach.

3 Palms is the perfect Ocean Front vacation compound with two separate homes on the property. You have the ultimate amount of room, private parking and just feet from Indian Rocks beach. I love the low country look and feel of it instead of the stucco/Spanish tile condo monstrosities that are a dime a dozen on ocean fronts everywhere. This will be my go to rental from now on in FL. Have stayed here 2021 and 2022 while in town to watch Mr. Tom Brady and the Bucs.
Absolutely cannot go wrong here. Clean, modern inside, two spacious side by side condos and a separate 2000 sq foot home in the compound. Side-note... you cannot just rent one or the other, all housing on site is only rented as a whole rental. It was not nor is a deal breaker for me. I rented two years in a row for just me and my husband��! Overall perfect place especially for large families!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 Palms Retreat last week as we celebrated our daughters beach wedding. The location of being so close to the beach and the relaxing deck to watch the sunsets were so appreciated with our young families. The tasty decor of the 3 units,cleanliness, and comfy beds were a real plus. Also the convenience of bakery and bar grille in next block were utilized and very yummy. A great set up for 3 individual families /groups.

Our family really enjoyed all 3 units that 3 Palms Retreat provided. Privacy and wonderful location were big pluses. The units were very clean and beds very comfortable and complete with individual kitchens. Having the 2 great restaurants so close was also very appreciated with wonderful croissants and the other with great bar food. Having the beach literally right outside the door was probably the best part to enjoy sunsets and morning coffee. Thank you for having all the beach chairs and toys available to us. We rented all three units for a large family who still wanted some seperate space. It was PERFECT! We got to be all together while still feeling like we had alone time. There is NOTHING better than the sundeck on the patio steps from the beach! The linens and furnishing were amazing!! I would say they could use a few more pans in the kitchen but not a deal breaker AT ALL!! Walking distance from some great restaurants! We rented a cabana to put at the beach which was delivered to the house/duplexes. It was an amazing vacation!! There are no other sunsets like those at Indian Rocks Beach!!!!!

Outside of a few discrepancies from the website and a couple east maintenance issues, the experience was awesome. I have rented from many companies and by far BTR is the best. Mona and Joni were exceptional...very responsive and on top of things. I appreciated that each unit had plenty if towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo, etc. my family prefers 1 unit for everyone but everything else about this property was perfect.

Fantastic Location! It was so great to be right on the beach. Lots of beach towels provided along with some boogie boards and beach chairs. Loved the fire pit and the gas grill. Tons of outdoor furniture that was actually comfortable made for some great evenings around the fire! The sunporch areas are great for drinking coffee in the morning while the outdoor furniture dries off. The beds were sooooo comfortable! Everything needed (kitchen wise) for preparing meals was right there. If you're not into cooking, Beach Waves Grill (amazing seafood restaurant) is literally steps away. Perfect place for family gatherings. We had our wedding here, perfect for a small intimate gathering. One thing I would clarify to make it easier to plan accommodations is that the main house is actually out by the road (it has a bigger kitchen and much bigger bedrooms) and the duplex is closest to the beach. May not matter to most people but we had wedding guests staying with us so had to revamp the plans a little when we arrived and saw the layout. Also, there is only one laundry unit and it is in the master bedroom of one of the duplex units. Made it a little unhandy to do laundry but we managed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Communication was great, accommodations were clean and beautiful. Closets are huge so plenty of room for luggage, clothing etc. We even got to see dolphins while we were there and the sunsets are absolutely stunning! Perfect view from the deck or the beach. Will most definitely be booking this place again for our next group getaway.

Our large group had a great time at 3 Palms. The location can not be beat in Indian Rocks Beach. Extremely convenient front either Tampa or St. Pete airport. The houses were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds and lots of space. The large supply of beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards was fantastic. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a fire going in the fire pit. The new gas grill area is also really nice.

Beautiful setting with easy access to the beach and shopping. Wonderful to have 3 refrigerators as we like to cook and eat in most of the time although the kitchens had only small and medium sized pots and pans. No TVs in any of bedrooms which we thought was unusual but ended up working out fine.

Imagine the perfect private spot on a white sandy beach where you can absorb the morning smells of the gulf, enjoy the way twilight falls thru the windows when the evening approaches, feel how the wind sounds and listen to the tides rolls in and out. This beautifully appointed property, inside and out, is a treasure on the Gulf Coast among the sand dunes and sea grapes. This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! you could open your window to the screened locked porch at night and hear the waves while you sleep. close walk to food, nails place, night life, FEET from the beach and it is everybit as good as it looks. It had been remodeled just weeks before and its back off of the street so you have PARKING for at least 4 vehicles.

Our family and friends had a beautiful time at this lovely place. It was very relaxing. It was very convenient to dining and entertainment. We spent Thanksgiving week there. Thank goodness I brought a lot of my cooking supplies, because I needed them. The kitchens where not very well stocked for such an occasion, but I had guess that to be the case. We will definitely consider coming back.
