This updated beachfront duplex features modern interior, ideal floor plan and beautiful views of the beach.

This oceanfront duplex features 2 cottages with a total of four bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably. Each cottage is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The beachfront cottages are part of the 3 Palms Retreat which is a large beach compound located in Indian Rocks Beach. Within the retreat, you will find this beachfront duplex and a single family home. This large family-friendly beach retreat can be rented separately or together.

The layout of the duplex is composed of two 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottages.

These are fully equipped cottages with 2 bedrooms each which means that family and extended family will have enough room and privacy during their stay. The cottages do not connect to each other; they have separate entrances but share a common beachfront patio.

Cottage 1 features a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom and Cottage 2 is equally well appointed with a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second. They each have one full bathroom.

Each living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat screen television that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, plenty of seating for your guests. Each living room has ocean views.

Each dining room seats 4 comfortable. The kitchens are also fully equipped and open up to the living and dining area. The kitchen and dining rooms are well appointed for eating in and cooking for the whole family.

Each cottage also features Beach-front screened in porches that have open air and comfortable seating. Each porch has plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach.

Get ready for an exceptional vacation in this amazing BEACH FRONT duplex. Each cottage is well maintained and has all the expected amenities inside - flat panel TV's, cable, internet, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.,

These cottages were perfect for our multi family fall beach getaway. I've never had a shorter walk from the cottages to the beach in any beach trip I've ever been on! Amenities aplenty with everything we needed for meal prep all the way to multiple beach supplies! We will absolutely rent these units again if our families find ourselves near Clearwater!

Wonderful for our family getaway! Perfect that we had our own space yet could be together. Lovely to walk right out onto the beach and had views of the stunning sunsets. We have stayed here previously and hope to stay again. Love it!

I had the joy of staying in this home a couple weeks ago.. I was simply stunned. I got in late to join my family and Immediately took to the beach... literally 50ft from the back porch. It was a clear night, so the stars were the first to welcome me, and Id never felt sand so soft. It was as though my feet understood love for the first time.I had to work from home the first couple of days, and the wifi was great even out on the back deck! The cool mornings might have been my favorite time of the day, but the houses proximity to the beach MADE MY TRIP. I could leave my chair and umbrella out by the beach to get out of the sun for a few minutes, cook up some lunch, use the exquisite restrooms, reload on drinks and head back out! The House Had The Best Shower Set Up On The Side To Rinse All The Sand Off real quick Before Going Inside. And there was plenty of space for a full volleyball court right in front of the house, so any beach sport you had want to bring would be great! At the end of a long day, there was nothing better than taking a cool shower inside, cooking up some dinner, and settling down for the night. The Place Was Plenty Big To Retreat To Your Own Room And Have Some Time Alone, but The Living Room Space and patio were Perfect To Get The Family Together to relax. we brought some HDMI cables to connect our laptops, but there was a really nice smart TV, so we cuddled up on the couch and watched some shows and movies. We also brought some board games and went for moonlit walks on the beach.You need only know TWO THINGS: You should definitely stay here, and thats it.

Probably the most fun ive had at the beach. a group of friends and i went down for about a week, and these cottages were perfect. It did not seem crowded, despite all the people. With the 3 units, we had one unit dedicated to food, one to Hanging out, and the other to peace and quiet. You are so close to the beach and some great breakfast places too. We will definitely be returning soon!

The view from the deck is fabulous! You could not ask for better. The house was what is shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and serving pieces and the grill out back was great! We will definitely be back to watch another fabulous sunset. The WiFi was strong and steady. And the TV was very good

The location has direct access to a beach, and on weekdays/non-holidays its like having your own private beach! The place is cozy and stylish, and exactly what you had expect for a beach cottage - - yet has some modern amenities that add comfort.

This was perfect for our family. Both units were well appointed and had everything we needed and more. The direct beach access was wonderful, and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys. We also liked that it was close to great restaurants and a fantastic French cafe. We are definitely hoping to return!

My friends and I stayed at this property for my 30th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! There were about 14 of us in total and between the three different cottages we were all able to comfortably enjoy a wonderful beach weekend. I stayed in the front cottage and was able to have an oasis all to myself whenever the sun got too hot. After a little nap, I could join my friends on the beach or in the water. We stayed for five days but truthfully I wish our trip was longer. This property is amazing and I cannot wait to book it again!!
