Enjoy an elevated stay at this luxurious 3-bedroom condo at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach. Set on the 16th floor, this 1,628-square-foot residence features expansive views of Sand Key, the coastal waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Completed in 2023, this stylish Clearwater Beach vacation rental accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for families and groups seeking resort amenities, beach access, and a central coastal location.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

This contemporary condo offers three comfortable bedrooms with high-end finishes throughout.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, large flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub.

The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser, chair, and TV with cable. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space when needed.

Each bedroom has access to the private balcony, which extends along the length of the residence.

Living Area, Dining and Kitchen

The open-concept living area includes a sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV, and dining table for up to six guests an inviting place to gather after a day by the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials for preparing light meals. A private washer and dryer inside the condo add convenience for longer Clearwater Beach stays.

JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort Amenities

Guests can enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool with a poolside bar and grill. The fitness center also offers a sauna and steam room, along with select wellness activities and resort services.

Included resort amenities include:

  • Daily enhanced high-speed internet access
  • Two beach chairs daily
  • One beach umbrella daily
  • Bicycle rentals for two guests, up to four hours per day
  • Daily fitness or wellness classes for up to two guests

Parking is valet-only through the hotel and available for an additional daily fee. A mandatory daily resort fee also applies.

Great accommodations, and being inside the JW Marriott made the experience even better. We loved having access to all of the resort amenities—everything was top-notch. Beach Time Management was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. The hotel is especially beautiful during Christmas.

We loved this property . There was plenty of room to spread out and the balcony is huge - even when we had other family members stopping by to visit. The beds are comfortable and the resort atmosphere was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
