Our wonderful beach front condo is located in the Center of Clearwater Beach, walking distance to entertainment, Pier 60, restaurants and much more.

One of the popular features of this vacation property is the Gulf front balcony with amazing views. Locate on the second floor.

Living area is large and open to the kitchen and dining area, best of all are the Gulf views from these areas. Feel like you are sitting on the beach from the comfort of your living room. This vacation condo has 1400 sq ft.

Kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliance and quarts countertops. Kitchen has a peninsula that will seat an additional 4 guests.

This beautiful kitchen opens up to the dining area. Dining area seats 6 guests.
Primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable featuring a King bed and is equipped with a flat screen TV and everything you need to rest. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and access to the beachfront balcony.

Second bedroom features 2 Full beds perfect for kids or adults. Third bedroom features a Queen bed. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. All to accommodate 6 - 8 guests comfortably.

This waterfront unit comes with laundry in the unit, WiFi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and much more!

The beachfront building provides a shared pool, an outdoor grilling area and private beach access.

*This unit is located one floor up from ground level – elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The vacation was amazing thanks to this Airbnb. You are right on the beach, the pool was great, and a lot of restaurants were walkable - or a cheap Uber to the south side of Clearwater beach. We will consider coming again!

Location was great right on the beach with convenient parking. Units were clean and nicely furnished. One of the several pleasant surprises was how well supplied the unit was with plenty of towels, sheets, soap, etc., but also things like beach chairs/umbrellas, kids beach toys, board games was really nice. Overall was a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach. Parking was fine. Walkable to downtown, but not too close. Beautiful condo. Property manager, Mona, did a great job and helped us extend our stay and was on top of the few very minor issues we had.

Plenty of space for everyone and perfect location on the beach with beach views from kitchen/living room, master bedroom and balcony. Just needs needs a few updates in bathroom and new toaster (only one side working) for kitchen.Beach towels provided and beach equipment provided(chairs, umbrella, toys for kids...etc.) Laundry washer and drier was convenient. Overall family had a blast and would definitely go back.

Absolutely beautiful We stayed here for 1 week, it is gorgeous within walking distance to get to restaurants, right on the beach, the beds were really comfortable. The master is beautiful. The place was very clean, smelt clean when you walked in. I was required to print off parking passes 2 days before check in while I had already arrived in Florida on vacation that was a hassle. We stayed 1 week you have to provide your own trash bags and toilet paper which I though was a unusual hassle but also mentioned beforehand but on vacation not something you want to worry about getting (little things) overall it was a great experience and enjoyable. The apartment is very roomy also.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Unit was clean and nice. Best part was the location. Unit was on the first level - up just one flight of stairs - and literally right on the beach. We had 6 girls, and it was perfect. Good communication with management. Included parking. Just a block or two from all the restaurants and activity.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Steps from the beach. Beach toys, chairs and umbrella are right in the closet. Convenient location. Very walkable to restaurants. Manager notified of problem with dishwasher and it was repaired that afternoon!

Our family had a great stay at the Villas of Clearwater Beach Unit A1 which is on the second floor with an awesome view of the beach and 1 flight of stairs down to ground level. The pool area was great for the afternoons. Lots of shops and great restaurants within easy walking distance.
Our only issue was the central AC and heat was out for the first 10 days. BeachTimeRentals provided room AC units for the bedrooms but we could have used the heat on a couple of cold nights.
We will definitely be coming back!

Our family of 5 stayed at this unit and we are more than happy to recommend it! Having grown up in Clearwater, we are very familiar with the beach and everything Clearwater. We have stayed at several different condos & hotels at different times of the year. The location of Villas of Clearwater Beach can't be beat. This unit was spacious - a 3 bedroom is hard to find. The kitchen, dining area and family room are an open floorplan and worked out perfectly. The family room furniture is newer than in the photos. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating. The balcony is huge and allows for the BEST views. This end unit was clean, well stocked with towels, beach items, has a laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. We absolutely hope to stay here again The assigned parking spot is not covered but just outside the covered area. Additional parking in a lot off of Avalon St. It's walkable to everything on the beach. Mona will take great care of you!

Our family had an amazing time at our condo! It was an oceanfront location and it was so nice being able to walk right from our door to the beach! We had plenty of regular towels as well as beach towels and everyone slept comfortably in all the beds! We were able to have groceries delivered from Publix via Instacart and we walked to Pier 60 multiple times during our stay. It was a clean and comfortable week that we stayed and are already planning on coming back next year!!

Our rental was beautiful. It was very spacious. I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The only issue we had was the outlets. They were all so loose it was hard to get things to stay plugged into the wall. But that was it. It looked as beautiful as it did in the pictures and we really enjoyed being right on the beach.

It was a pleasant stay. Pool was very nice which was much needed during a hot week. Room was nice and quiet. Easy to sleep in. Corner unit gave us extra space on the patio which was also nice to either still sit in the sun, or grab some shade. Close enough to walk to several stores, restaurants, etc, but far enough away from the much more hectic area to the south of us.

Overall, great. The only issue we had was parking. Our parking space was continually taken over when we left. 3 times during the week. When we returned, someone was in our space. Suggest large "RESERVED" signs in the individual space. Wonderful time!

The view of the gulf was great. The beds were comfortable. Layout was as described. The were a few minor maintenance items that needed repair. Hopefully they will be fixed quickly. Customer service was great. Mona was very attentive. Need to add additional spoons in the kitchen. Addition of glass backward would have been nice. Will stay again.

We had an awesome time in this unit. The location was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. There was lots of space and privacy for everyone and the condo as a whole was exactly what we were looking for. It was a 10/10 for us and we would happily rent it again. Special shout-out to Mona who was extremely helpful and communicative. It was just such a great trip in a great condo. Highly recommend.

This property has an ideal location at the north end of the main commercial strip on Clearwater Island. The view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom is breathtaking, and the beach access is directly off the back side of the building. Parking is a bit tight, be we made it work, even with an oversized SUV. We had a party of six, and had plenty of room, with the king, queen, full, and twin beds, and the six-top kitchen table. Mona, the property manager, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This was a great vacation! The location is excellent and the views at sunset are amazing! Not too far to walk to everything- less than a mile walk to the pier. Sidewalks the whole way! Plenty of space for all of us. Mona communicated everything and we had no problems! We will hopefully stay again!

great service and they take great care of you by answering any questions, answering phone immediately and helping with anything from directions to parking questions. View and the ability to walk right out to the beach or a small walk to the most popular attractions was a HUGE perk! You can't find a better spot! Condo was very clean and even had a few beach ammenities to make it a nice day out without needing to buy things you can't take home (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). We immensely enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.
