This stunning beach house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, an open floor plan and comfortably accommodates 10 guests.

Professionally decorated, this beach house is one of a kind!

As soon as you walk in, you will meet the airy entrance room which has ample seating around a large flat-screen TV.

The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and in the center of the home. A white wooden dining table seats 6 alongside a beautiful beachy chandelier. A brand new shuffleboard table has been added for extra fun!

To make things easy, we offer a fully equipped kitchen that includes a toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinets offer plenty of storage. The backsplash adds to the fresh beachy vibe.

French doors by the dining area lead out to the Pool, patio and private backyard which offer a gas bbq grill and comfortable outdoor seating.

Each room is decorated in a sophisticated, coastal style and the open floor plan provides space for the whole family!

This is the perfect house for a family looking to vacation close to the beach.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, 32” flat screen TV and plenty of storage. Just off of the primary bedroom, you’ll find a full bathroom with granite vanity and shower as well as a washer and dryer.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. Between these bedrooms, there is a shared full bath with tub/shower combo.

The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and the Living room has a Sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the brand new pool area completed Sept 2021.

Our Sea La Vie is walking distance to dining, attractions, shopping, and sightseeing.

Important Details:

1 pet may be allowed - small and under 20 pounds. if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs for 8 hours daily.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

We enjoyed our time at the house so much, it really was the setting of a wonderful long weekend. This host has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Can't beat the location, the quiet, the games and pool toys, the kitchen!! Excellent place, I cannot wait to stay there again. Big shout out to Mona who helped us check in and addressed any and all issues, wonderful to have a point person such as her. Thank you for sharing your home, we took good care of it and it took good care of us!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was incredibly clean and the communication was really clear and easy. The pool was the perfect size for the 7 of us and plenty of places for us all to sleep. It was right across the street from the beach access point which was great as well!

We had 9 people for a 50th birthday celebration. The pool, the jacuzzi, the house...TOP NOTCH!! Very responsive management and an amazing location. You won't be disappointed. 2 thumbs up!!

This was our second time renting this home. We love it! The location is perfect, it’s spotless and plenty of room for all of us. I found it on Airbnb the first time. Id recommend going that route, as renting direct through the management company is more difficult.

This was the perfect lcoation! We could walk to the beach, about 20 minutes to the town and shopping!

Sea La Vie was amazing. The house was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The proximity to the Gulf was perfect. A short walk to the beach.

Also we were very close to many great restaurants.

The new pool in the backyard was beautiful and used extensively by all.

Allison did a super job with communication during the entire process. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. She is a customer service superstar.

Sea La Vie gave us memories for a lifetime.

Fantastic experience! This home is beautiful and extremely well equipped. We stayed for a week in January and had the pool/spa heated and got plenty of use out of both. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, Keurig - even an instant pot - and a great selection of high quality pans and dishes. There's a basket full of pool/beach towels (and washer/dryer) but bring your own beach chairs and cooler for the very easy and short walk to the ocean. Kudos to the owners on creating the perfect spacious modern rental home. Highly recommended.

We had THE BEST time at Sea La Vie. It was absolutely perfect and just so darn cute. I booked before the pool was in and I was a little nervous but wow - it was just the perfect little retreat. The pool was beyond amazing. We had five girls and there was plenty of space. The house is decorated beautifully and so clean. So many dishes and towels, beach and regular. Tons of fridge space. Lots of kitchen supplies (toaster, blender, keurig and drip coffee machine, etc.) Location was great too - we walked to the beach twice and the little walkway was also adorable. There was also a wagon on site to tote things to the beach. A nice big driveway. Cheap Uber rides to anywhere we needed to go. Communication was also great (we only needed to communicate ahead of time - had zero problems to address during our stay!) it looks exactly like the pictures. We could not have been more pleased and would absolutely stay again!

Overall stay exceeded expectations. As advertised. For a 4 bedroom the space is well utilized and doesn’t make you feel like it’s small. Ample room for a large family gathering. Great condition and love the new pool. Well worth it and will stay there again if In the area. Only issue found would be a loose outlet in living room and missing cover. Would have that fix.

Beautiful, clean home. Quiet location. Pool was not finished, but will be beautiful once complete. Quick walk to Indian Rock Beach. Indian Rock beach is a very nice, quiet beach. If you want to head over to Clearwater, it is a short drive to the beach and downtown area. Downtown Clearwater has great restaurants and shops. Clearwater Beach has chair, umbrella and cabana rentals. Lots to do, parasailing, jet ski & boat tours, etc. Worrh checking out the area.

This home was OUTSTANDING! As soon as we walked in, the house just smelled clean, which I appreciated traveling with a baby! The home was spotless and we had plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby. We all felt right at home and it made our trip very relaxing! This home is a very close to the beach. I would say it takes 3 minutes tops to access the public access that is less than a block away. We appreciated this with a baby! The outside shower was wonderful and prevented sand from entering the home. We also enjoyed having access to beach items like boogie boards. I can not recommend this place enough and we can not wait to come back again!

This property is in a perfect location and the house is beautiful. We did learn on our way down to Florida that the backyard was under construction because they are putting in a pool, so once that is complete this will honestly be the PERFECT place to stay on vacation. The inside of the house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils and appliance unlike many rental properties. It takes literally 3 minutes to walk to the beach and there are also several great restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance that we frequented. There are 2 sheds outside of the house that have plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and a handy wagon to transport all your "stuff" to the beach. The property management company, Heidi in particular, was also terrific to work with especially since the backyard became temporarily unusable space. They handled it professionally and took care of us from start to finish. Sea La Vie is the perfect place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach!
