This breathtaking waterfront property will have you longing for your next beach getaway the instant you see it. The owners recently completed extensive renovations leaving no space untouched in their attention to details that's beautifully decorated with modern beach decor throughout. It has 4 bedrooms plus a “crib” nook and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everyone to relax and unwind.

On the main level, you’ll find a generously sized bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom which opens up to the pool deck area. A guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a hall bathroom are also on the main level. In the living room, you'll find a large sectional with ample seating that overlooks the back lanai and Intercoastal cove. Directly behind the sectional are 2 leather chairs with an relaxing view.

Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen which has counter stool seating for 3 for meals or afternoon snacks or easy conversation into the living area. Next to the kitchen, the dining room table seats 10 providing plenty of space for the whole family to gather around.

On the second level, you’ll find a bunk room that sleeps 6, the third bedroom, and a “kids nook”. In the bunk room there is a Full-over-Full Bunk bed and a Twin daybed with a Trundle. The third bedroom will take your breath away with views of the Intercoastal cove. Adjacent to this bedroom is the bath with a freestanding soaker tub and frameless shower. Across from the bunk room is the “kids” nook with play space and a full-sized crib. Each closet has ample storage with closet organizing systems.

The best part of the whole house, in the owners opinion, is the back yard which boasts a massive covered lanai, dining table for 8-10, two deep seating sofas, and a high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, side burner, refrigerator, and sink. This outdoor living space encompasses everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy your company, make everlasting memories and take in the beautiful Intercoastal that we have at this beautiful home. The oversized dock is ideal for those wanting to fish.

Added bonus: 2 kayaks available for guest's use! Lifevests are provided as well.

Important Details:
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs for 8 hours daily.
Max of 4 vehicles allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Stayed over spring break, weather was in the 80s, the sun is out and of course this home was the bonus to our vacation. We had gotten our reservations cancelled by another host and quickly secured this home. The staff was lovely to deal with, the check in process was quick and easy. We saw dolphins! I am glad we stayed in a waterfront property because truly the experience is unique. It's a quick and short walk to the beach, we did the walk with our 3 small children. The neighborhood is nice and residential.

We have been going to IRB for the past 3 years. By far the best house we have rented. Has everything you need for a great stay. Went with 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room. The back yard is the best part of thr home. House is also no more than a 5 min walk to the beach. We will def rent this home again next year. Can’t say enough great things about it.

This was honestly our favorite house and location we have stayed at in Florida. The house was beautiful, clean and we loved that you could walk to the beach in one direction and the park in another, both just minutes away. Our kids loved kayaking, fishing and swimming all in their “backyard.”They even got to kayak with dolphins swimming next to them! The location was perfect - so close to Pier 60, John’s Pass and we even made it to the Tampa aquarium in less than an hour. The property management was wonderful to work with as well, and I feel that’s rare. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and well kept. The views from the living room and main bedroom overlooked the water and were very beautiful! We felt the addition of some non stick pans/skillets and a dish drainer in the kitchen would have been helpful. Overall we loved the location...walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The outdoor space is amazing - pool, spa, outdoor dining and relaxing space is better than the pics and description even!! The kids room upstairs is great. Master BR is amazing!! Beach and restaurants are 10-15 minute walk at most.

There were only 2 slight negatives with the property/experience. First, I am frustrated when I rent through VRBO and am immediately taken out of VRBO and have to interact on multiple platforms. The rental company would not take credit cards which I don't like as that provides an added level of protection for us - the customer. The second thing I would add is that the main sectional is white(ish). It could use a thorough cleaning.

This house is amazing and stunning! We had the best time! Everything inside is so perfectly done. The decor, the lay out, the furniture, the size of the rooms and all the amenities were beautiful and comfortable. There is so much good space for sleeping, dining and hanging out. My family had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, enough linens and towels. The pool and view were perfect. We also used their kayaks and kayaked on the inter coastal. We walked down to the beach, it was so close and convenient. The location of the beach was also perfect and not too busy. It’s rare to find such a beautiful rental, with awesome amenities and in a good location. We will definitely stay here again!

Paradise Cove was indeed paradise. Our family only left the house to walk the beach (two blocks away) and to grab food at the surrounding restaurants. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded (like Clearwater). For us, the house and pool setting was so nice that we never wanted to leave!

Everything you read about the property is accurate. Everything was well-maintained and clean - however, you do not get jetski access. The photo should be removed. The house comes with virtually everything you could think of including towels, laundry services, and extra blankets. The dock is wonderful and even has lights at night to watch the marine life in the water. Be cautious - you will have to pay additional fees to heat the pool and jacuzzi. We weren't able to locate the remote to work the outside tvs for the NBA playoffs but that was really the only hiccup we encountered. Communication with the property manager was easily accessible for any questions that we might've had.

This was our first family vacation in over 10 years and this house served as the perfect spot. 10/10 would recommend if you're on the fence. LOTS of sleeping space.

The pair of dolphins which swam in the cove was an added bonus! The lanai & home were beautiful & fit our needs perfectly! We definitely will be back!!

The home is beautifully appointed and very accommodating for families with various ages. Many areas to have meals or work and the back patio is an oasis! You must see it to appreciate it. Other than a couple of chairs on the upper balcony and a bit higher heat in the pools, I wouldn’t change a thing!

This home is very well appointed and accommodating for all types of families/groups. The back patio is stunning and it is very easy to spend all of your time there. However, the location of this home in Indiana Rocks Beach allows you to experience every bit of the area effortlessly-either by car or foot. It would be nice to have the option of paying an extra fee for the golf cart and the pools could've been heated a bit warmer, but there are really no negatives to state about this home, the management or the location. The management company was very easy to communicate any issues and they responded immediately. It might be advantageous to have a "Home Manual" to hit the main points of use, but we didn't have any problems.

This is a wonderful property, it looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed everything about it. It's close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious, the kitchen is light and has everything you need and the backyard is absolutely fantastic. We would love to stay there again when visiting Clearwater.

This slice of heaven took our breath away from the moment we walked in. The views from the pool deck/outdoor kitchen and upstairs master are absolutely amazing. The brand new dock was great for fishing and relaxing as even the end of the dock has speakers, making it a lovely place sit and relax to your choice of music with immaculate views. What I loved most though is how family friendly this rental is, while still having the luxury feel. We went with two other couples, who combined had 7 children, ages 2-6, and this place accommodated all 3 families perfectly! The crib room upstairs is genius, great for naps and early bed times, while the big kids had a blast sleeping on the full-sized bunk beds and trundle. We also loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants for impromptu sunset trips and ice cream after dinner. All in all it was the perfect rental and we will definitely be going back!

We stayed here four days at the end of May. This was our first time staying or exploring Indian Rocks and what a great beach town it is. The house is recently renovated as described but the owners did a phenomenal job and really put time and effort into it. Luxurious finishes throughout the house, they spared no expense on furniture and bedding. As someone who has rented homes throughout the world this one is right at the top of the list. The pool and outdoor space were another plus and a very well thought out design. The kids really enjoyed it as much as the beach. Great options for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. There was an abundance of wildlife at all hours. We saw dolphin at sunrise, different fish species at night around the lights in the water, caught redfish and trout off the dock, and to my four year olds surprise a manatee that came up looking for fresh water while she was kayaking. The beach is quick and easy to get to, either walking or with a golf cart. Same for a few beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are multiple options for beach access points as well. I highly recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed a long weekend with family (ages ranging from infant to grandparents). The house had everything we needed - crib, high chair, kids cups/plates/utensils, beach stuff, pool towels and so much more!! On top of all of that its location is great - the sunrise on the dock (or the pool!) was gorgeous each morning and sunsets on the beach (very very short walk). We will definitely be going back.

This home has it all. Beautiful decorated with tons of amenities. 3 TVs (2) on the covered patio. Along with an outside kitchen. Watching dolphins play and fishing from the dock was awesome. 5 mins walk to beautiful IRB after breakfast at Sandy’s what more can you ask for. We brought kayaks to paddle in the bay and fishing pole too. Great home for our ladies week. We will be back.

This place was amazing! We flew from KC and stayed a week. Had never been to (or heard of) Indian Rocks Beach before, but what a gem we found. The place is just as advertised with a very warm coastal vibe throughout - you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design and decor. Our favorite memories were made at the beach in the mornings and then grilling out on the back deck by the pool in the late afternoons. Sunrise coffee on the dock was my favorite though. We will be back for sure!!

This is undoubtedly the best rental property in IRB we’ve had the privilege to find… amazing back pool area and out door kitchen. Dock is beautiful, music in every corner. It’s a home we’d like to live in permanently and not change a thing. 5 min walk to the beach, great food surrounding if you’re not cooking.. great amenities… Awesome.. we’ll be back at least once a year! Thank you rental team for an awesome experience!!!
