Clearwater Beach Cabana offered by Beach Time Rentals

This rental homes will sleep up to 26 guests comfortably, and each home has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Our Clearwater Beach Cabana is only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, water sports, sightseeing and Pier 60. Our rental home is a short drive to the nearby beaches of Indian Rocks, Redington Shores and St. Pete Beach. If you prefer, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley, it stops conveniently nearby our Clearwater Beach Cabana, and it will take you all the way down to St. Pete Beach and stops along the way.

This rental home is one of a kind on the beach, as it is one of the few large beach homes in our area. There is nothing else like it available on the island. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is located at Bruce Ave and Lantana Avenue in North Clearwater Beach. You can rent our Clearwater Beach Cabana as a whole or you can rent each rental home separately.

If you rent all 3, you will have a private pool and courtyard. If you rent each villa separately you may be sharing a pool and a large courtyard. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is made up of three rental homes that make up a wonderful and large beach compound.

The first rental home which is named Bruce Cabana has three bedrooms, one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests, featuring 3 Queen beds and a Bunk bed. This rental home in North Clearwater Beach has its own living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and courtyard. This cute rental home is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to all activities.

The second rental home which is named Guesthouse Villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and a Queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and has a full kitchen and a breakfast area. Our Guesthouse Villa in Clearwater Beach also has full access to the lagoon style pool and the large courtyard.

The third rental home which is named Lantana Cabana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 Queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Our Lantana Villa has its own full kitchen, dining room, living room and full access to the pool and courtyard.

With the 3 rental villas surrounding the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoy the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this trio beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams and small weddings. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana has enough parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to April.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

There were 14 adults in my group, we rented all three rentals for three nights. Everyone thought it was an amazing place to stay at. When I arrived, a staff member was there to go through a few things with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me. If you travel there in 70 degree weather, I would recommend you heat the pool the day before you get there. I can’t wait to return to the Cabana on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!!

I loved the close proximity of the 3 units together and that we all had our separate spaces and could walk to each area. I loved relaxing by the pool and lots of seating to accommodate our group. The only thing I didn’t like was the outdoor lighting could have been a little better. It’s like your own serene place in the jungle with all the trees around and I thoroughly enjoyed just sitting out there drinking my coffee and relaxing. Plenty of beach towels and regular linens to accommodate the group. ❤️❤️

This “compound” of 4 dwellings is updated, private and perfect for a family gathering. It has a private pool and separate space so families can be together and separate at the same time. Nestled among Clearwater residents it has easy access to what feels like a private beach away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but within walking distance of the action. Perfect vacation spot.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. It is perfect for our big family group. The location is great. Only a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool very much. We had everything we needed. We will probably be back in a couple of years and would rent this property again.

The trip was great and management was wonderful. Mona was the best. The only thing we didn’t like was there were a lot of mosquitoes by the pool and we get it there’s water they are bound to be there but maybe have something for deterrents. But overall it was great!

Loved the set up we rented all 3 houses in the group and had the pool in the middle. Perfect for large group get together! Close walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and parks . The pool area was great for swimming and gathering all different times of the day! This property was wonderful and exceeded our ext!! We rented all 3 homes (we had 22 people staying there all together) and we had plenty of room for all of us! The homes were clean and very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in it everyday! The walk to the beach was close by and was a very easy walk! We had a couple minor issues but the renters were very easy to get ahold of and the issues (a leaky dishwasher and slow flushing toilet) were fixed quickly!! I would highly recommend and we would for sure rent this property again!!!

We were thrilled with our vacation rental!! We had 4 families of varying sizes that rented all 3 homes on this property. The pool area was our common ground and was our little backyard oasis, it was way bigger than I expected and easily accommodated our 14 kids! The rentals were simple but nicely decorated, very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had more space than we expected! It was a very short walk to the beach (two blocks) and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves despite it being spring break. The busier part of the beach was less than 1/2 mile away For our teens that wanted in on All the spring break action. We walked to all the shops, restaurants and the pier just about every day, it was only about a mile away and we took the trolley (also close to our rental) once just to let the little kids have the experience. The people were SO EASY to work with, very accommodating and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. We can't say enough about this gem! 10/10 recommend! Our only complaint would be that the neighbors aren't very kind, fortunately we were abow to stay out of their way.

We rented all three houses for a family gathering the weekend of Gasparilla. This beautiful place was so perfect for our entire extended family, 17 people ranging in age from 6 months to 80 years old. The houses were all clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of seating in the expansive, gorgeous yard and around the pool. Any minor issues, such as a missing coffee pot and a slow draining sink, were addressed immediately. The beach was a short two block walk. The separate houses allowed for some privacy when needed. We split our group by age/generation and it worked out so great for us. This is an ideal place for large family, or multi family gatherings. I highly recommend it, and we will absolutely rent the place again!! Thank you for a truly memorable vacation!!

Great location in Clearwater as it’s so walkable to town & very close to the beach. We had 19 in our group which was four siblings and their families. Everyone had adequate space, the homes are clean, and the common area by the pool was perfect for gathering. We enjoyed breakfast and post beach time in this beautiful courtyard area.

Fantastic stay! It gave our group so much privacy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The one thing I would suggest is some loungers around the pool. This didn’t take away from our stay at all since we had plenty of areas to sit. Short Uber rides to everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place! Pool is awesome, with a great area to hang out, shaded and out of the sun. Plenty of privacy with 3 seperate buildings, including seperate kitchens. It is only a couple blocks to the beach, and an easy walk to the resteraunts and bars. The owner was in good communication to make sure that our needs were met. We will be booking this same property in the future.

We stayed here the week before Thanksgiving and rented the full property for two families. The layout of the houses worked out well and gave the younger group their own space. The beach is a really short walk away and the heated pool was a great place to hangout at night. Its very walkable to get into town and we also had very little trouble getting a rideshare from the house. If you do plan on using the house for a large group or family, the three small kitchens require a lot of coordination for cooking large meals. There are two decent sized grills that helped during dinner time. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to travel to the beach with family or a mixed group for a few days.

Had a great trip and loved the set up of having 3 houses for our multi family trip. We spent so much time in the courtyard and pool when we weren’t at the beach which was only 2 blocks from the house. Shopping and dining was a bit further walk but was still an option or the trolley was a block away. The courtyard area did have some random fencing and gutters laying around which I personally thought could have been a potential liability Hopefully it gets cleaned up. The houses were stocked with most everything we needed.
