This three-story home is located in the prestigious beach community of Westwinds, in Indian Rocks Beach.

This stunning home sits directly on the sand!

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 3000 sq ft of space for entertainment.

Our Ocean Sands has sensational views from the first-level bedroom, living and dining areas, and second and primary bedrooms located on the third floor and the best views out of all are from the balconies and the private pool!

Ground Level features a two-car garage, laundry area, Gulf front pool and the first bedroom. First bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a private full bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool as well.

Second level features the spacious open living area, dining area and the gourmet kitchen, a half bathroom and a beachfront balcony.

The main living area has comfortable couches with a wide screen TV and access to the Gulf front balconies. The living and dining area take full advantage of its beachfront setting with sliding glass doors that face the Gulf.

Living room adjoins a spacious dining area which seats 8 guests at the dining table and 4 more on the island.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful large island and everything you would need to cook a meal for your friends and family.

Multiple doors from the second and third floor lead out to a breezy beachfront balcony. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the views, sipping on your favorite drink and listening to the soothing surf sounds when you’re not poolside or down on the beach.

The third level features the second bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (the bottom is a Full and the top is a Twin). Bottom bunks have a built in TVs.

Third bedroom with a Queen bed and access to the balcony. There is a full hallway bathroom that the second and third bedroom share. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony.

This vacation home that can sleep up to 12 guests.

This makes it a prime destination for memorable family beach reunions, celebrations, special birthdays, hallmark anniversaries, church retreats, and corporate events.

Outside there is a gas grill that sits next to the lovely sparkling private pool and paved patio. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and an assortment of palm trees creating an oasis-like private paradise.

Indian Rocks Beach is a great location that is halfway between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. There are restaurants and shops walking distance to this property.

Important details to keep in mind:
Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr.
Jacuzzi/spa is not available and is only a spillover.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The house was beautifully located right on the beach. Waking up to waves crashing from the balconies was amazing. The pool was perfect and heated during our colder weather stay and was clean and perfect. The ease of getting into the house and it's location make it a wonderful place to stay. we easily traveled to Clearwater and St Petes while here. probably the nicest house I've stayed in using airbnb. great find.

A group of 10 of us traveled to Indian Rocks Beach and we were all impressed. Every person I had contact with this company was super nice. The property was plenty spacious and the easy access to the beach was such a breeze. It was so wonderful waking up and not having to deal with toting everything so far. The beach is just steps away. The pool area had multiple float items left from previous guests. The parking was a little tricky, but was pretty easy to maneuver once we figured it out. We really only used the car for to and from the airport and to get groceries.The Italian place across the street is TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend. We rented beach supplies (canopy, cooler and extra chairs) through Beach Vibes per the recommendation of the property group and they were outstanding as well. Also one of the only air-bnb where we didn’t have a massive list of things to do once exiting the property! They made everything so easy and seamless. You must stay here! :)

This townhome is perfect for multi family! Private pool and close proximity to beach are what you’re paying for. Clean, well appointed, large outdoor patios on each of the three floors. Close proximity to many restaurants, Insta Cart delivery was so convenient.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with more than enough space to accommodate our 2 families of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with assorted pans, pots, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a combo drip/keurig style coffeemaker. The fridge has an ice maker with filtered water. We paid for pool heat since it was March and had no issues. There are plenty of towels, beach toys, and chairs in the garage as well as coolers you can roll onto the beach. The shoreline is nice and close to the house so that you can easily see your kids on the beach from the upper patio. We watched the beautiful sunsets from both the main and master patios, both of which have very comfortable furniture for hours of reading. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, ice cream, and a park with a playground and pickleball courts. Renting a car isn’t necessary, but if you do there are 2 spots in the garage that are a bit of a tight squeeze. The check out process was the easiest of all the properties we have booked, and our manager was easily accessible and helpful.

Great place for everyone. This was our 4th year in one of their properties on this lane but the first year in Ocean Sands. We really enjoyed being RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and beach/pool toys! We always get the pool heated and recommend it. This year we learned what to look for and how to find sharks teeth on our beach walks. Wonderful beach time! Ages in our group ranged from 4 to 71 years of age. PERFECT place for the family to gather and vacation together!

This is a wonderful home in a perfect location right on a beautiful beach. Well kept, spacious and very clean. Nice furniture, beds, bedding and linens. The lower level suite does not have a closet. Also, there is one side by side refrigerator, so with a larger family group a second refrigerator would have been nice. The pool was kept clean and in working order. The property management team is very kind and responsive. Our entire family with young grandchildren had fun, enjoyed the pool, beach, sunrises, sunsets and nearby attractions.

Our stay at Ocean Sands was such a great little family vacation. We've never rented right on the beach before, and this lovely spot literally steps away from the beach, made our week so relaxing. We could grab a comfy chair from the garage and be on the beach to watch the sunset in just moments.

With large decks/patios on all three levels, you'll have no shortage of space for admiring the sights and sounds of the ocean. The pool was lovely as well and we highly recommend paying the fee for heat if you visit when the temperatures are lower, since the pool is such a major part of the overall experience.

Our only complaint was with the shortage of basic supplies. While the house rules make this clear in advance, we found that even the limited supplies listed were not all available, and we had to make a couple of unplanned visits to the grocery store for necessities like garbage liners, toilet tissue, and body soap. You'll be fine if you are only staying overnight, but longer stays will require a trip to purchase your own supplies. If you plan to do any cooking on-site, you'll also need to load up on basic supplies like aluminum foil and pan spray (to protect the owner's pans from damage), salt and pepper, (shakers are provided but they were empty), paper towels, sponges, dishwasher detergent etc. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pans and dishes you will need, but no condiments or disposable supplies, so plan to pick up everything you need if you are staying longer than overnight.

We found the location very clean, but did have to add water to the pool on our first day before the levels were high enough to get the pool heater to kick on.

Otherwise, it's a vacation you'll enjoy. This is a great spot, especially if you plan to do nothing more than relax, sun yourself, and breathe.

Party of 10 - 2 families with college aged kids - had a great post Christmas vacay. Weather warmed up for us and we were able to use the beach every day but one. Pool was nice but if you pay to heat it - be aware that the heater only runs when to pump runs (7am-7pm) so no late night swims for us. Maybe we should have asked to adjust it to 11am-11pm??? Lots of room for all of us - living and sleeping space. Beautiful sunset views from all balconies & the beach. Great communication and owner made it right when the AC upstairs didn’t work during our stay.
Prepare to be a really great navigator to park in and pull out of the garage if u have or rent a large SUV. It’s really tight but doable!! Lovely restaurants with live music and good food really close.

We celebrated one of the coldest Christmases in Florida we have ever experienced. But having a big living room and kitchen we made the most of it and really enjoyed our time with family and friends. Great location with awesome views and lots of room. The host was great and communication was good.

Our family had the most wonderful stay. We thought the location was absolutely perfect, not too crowded on the beach and easy to get to. We loved the accommodations and found the house to be in wonderful condition, the home was equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic stay. Ocean Sands is our favorite place to stay in Florida. It is located at Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This house is in a gated parking area, sharing only a few homes, so very private. We face the ocean and the pool is also private. You can run back and forth the beach, and even watch the kiddos from the back porch while they are at the beach. We love it here. It is clean and the manager is very helpful. We will be going again!

I just returned home from a 4-day vacation at Ocean Sands with 7 friends The home is awesome with 3 huge balconies overlooking the beach. The house was super clean, well-stocked had plenty of space and gorgeous decor that made our beach getaway very memorable. The pool was great when the beach got too hot and the location was very safe and convenient to stores, shopping, and restaurants. We will be back!

This makes our 6th time in this Beautiful Beachfront private home. It is such a Beautiful home and Gorgeous setting. We are a family of 10 and there is plenty of room fir everyone to sleep and spread out. The kitchen is so well appointed and has plenty if room at the large dining table for all of us. We feel
so safe being in the small gated area, and love that there are several places within walking dudtance to eat.
The home provides everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach, beach toys and really nice beach chairs. The fenced in backyard with a direct path to the ocean is Great for kids. The pool is a nice size and teally nice, the only thing that would nake it better is to have the spa work at least the jets as the used to. We would even pay extra if it would work. The views from the Beautiful large balconies are Incredible and often you can see dolphins. We plan on making this our family vacation location for many years to come! This is Absolutely the Petfect place fir a Perfect vacation!

We had 2 families, 9 in total, stay at this property from April 10-17. The house was great. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Well equipped with beach/pool toys/towels and chairs. We would 100% go back to this property. The house was very clean. The sliding patio doors have extra security locks up high that young children would not be able to reach and/or operate. This provided relief at night knowing our young children could not sneak into the pool. The property management, Beach Time Rentals, was great to work with. The garage parking is made only for shorter vehicles. We were not able to close the garage at night due to the vehicle sticking out. This didn’t cause any issues, but was unexpected. The beach in front of the house was not busy. Only with the surrounding properties. In order to enter the property of these units, you must have a code to get in the gate. This provided an extra level of security and comfort. As noted in previous reviews, the wine fridge does not work. While not a reason for me to reduce a star in the rating. This is something that should be addressed as it appears to be a problem for sometime.

Perfect vacation home on the beach. This home was well equipped, extremely clean, away from road noise and just steps from the sand with fantastic views from the balconies. It is located close to amenities but away from the main tourist beach spots so the beach in front of the house feels more private.

Our stay at Ocean Sands Oceanfront was relaxing, Peaceful & absolutely Beautiful. The oceanfront house Was beautiful inside and out."Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Amazing location. We saw dolphins and stingrays and the beach sand was great to walk on. Our pool the kids loved. You won't be disappointed in staying here. Places to eat right outside of your gated home and within walking distance. The set up was perfect for our 3 families to gather together. The place is really nice with 3 balconies & beautiful views. We Love this property & the ocean views are spectacular. The only down side is the Outdoor pool furniture is all broken and needs to be replaced but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Book your Stay here it is a dream home.

We had a great time at the rental, we have stayed in that complex a number of times, and reserved a unit for next year. The people were very healpful--Heide, Mona, and Jeanie-----they were all very helpful considering this time replaced the canceled week for 2020. We were extreemely happy to hear you take the left overs to the homeless. Also the beaach furnature, whhich we know takes a beating was in great shape and good quality stuff. We have been in the resedential rental business for 30 years, and know it can be chalanging, but keep up the good work.

This was a perfect property for our family get away! Great house, pool, and beach access all on a quiet stretch of beach and neighborhood! Great decks to view the sunset, but better to take a few extra steps to the beach.

My family and I had a week long dream vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The sand was soft, the sun was warm, and the ocean was refreshing. Even better was the home we stayed in. The house was clean, well kept and provided many of the amenities that are unexpected when renting a vacation home. We loved playing Beachy music on the Alexa while preparing dinner in a chef’s kitchen. Beach towels and chairs were provided and if you forgot sand problem. They were there too! We had a couple of minor inconveniences happen during that week, but a quick text to the rental manager, and the issues were solved immediately and with a great attitude. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were looking to get away from the winter of South Dakota and spend some family time with our kids and their spouses to celebrate an early Christmas. The location of the home couldn’t be better as we could jump in the ocean and then run up the beach to jump in the heated pool. We slept with the patio door open to sleep to the sound of waves hitting the shore. We cooked all our meals in the large kitchen, but could walk to a local coffee shop each morning also. They had great beach chairs, and the beach was great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Even though we were outside most of the time, you could sit on the top porch and see “forever”..
