Villas of Clearwater Beach - Unit A11 offered by Beach Time Rentals

Our ocean front condo features an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, a fireplace and best of all it faces the ocean. The dining area seats 6 and an additional 4 on the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spaces on this beach condo flow very well making it a very comfortable property to stay in.

Neutral backgrounds, contemporary styles with bright colors is what defines this rental – Even the beautiful long hallways are decorated nicely with wonderful touches.

Our Gulf front condo boasts 1400 sq ft of living space.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite private bath and access to the large waterfront balcony. The second bedroom features 2 Full beds and the third bedroom features a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a tub/shower combination. This Gulf condo sleeps a total of 6-8 guests.

This part of the beach is secluded and somewhat private, you can escape the large crowds by staying in North Clearwater Beach.

*Condo is located on the 4th level; elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The views from the condo are amazing. We loved how we could get off of the elevator and walk right on to the beach within a few steps! Walking into the center of town to access restaurants, shops, parks, and the pier was very nice. The complex was very quiet and everyone was very respectful. We felt very safe and comfortable in the condo. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and “beach time” was very helpful and responsive.

Unit was as pictured and host was fantastic, responsive, and up-beat. The view was absolutely fantastic, being just North of all the busy shops was nice. Everything you really need is within walking distance except for supermarket. Beach access was great and the pool was perfect. I would say we were generally pleased with our stay. There are a couple things could be improved, the air conditioning did not seem well balanced in the unit and some of the furnishings could do with an update.

Very nice condo overall. Clean, close to everything and an unbeatable view from the balcony.
The kitchen could have been equipped with items such pizza pans, cleaning spray and other a few more trash bags. Also inform renters that beach towels and other beach toys/chairs are provided so folks do not purchase them before arriving and buy unnecessary items. It was very appreciated to have those items supplied and we were able to return the things we bought for the beach to Walmart.
We will be return customers! Thanks for the great stay!

My husband and I and our two children, ages 14 and 11, had an amazing time on our week vacation in Clearwater! This location is right on the beach with beautiful views! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. So many fun things to do, searching (diving) for shells in the sand bar, jet ski rentals right from the beach and fishing off the pier, to name a few. We had the BEST time!

We loved the fabulous gulf front balcony, especially at sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. Huge washer and dryer was a bonus. We used the BBQ down by the pool. Condo had some beach chairs,umbrellas and sand toys. Condo could use a vacuum. We enjoyed our stay!

We have been staying in this unit for a few years and each year just gets better. The location of this condo is perfect with an amazing view of the Gulf! We basically park our car for the week and easily walk everywhere for shopping, dining, fun at pier 60!! Our unit was so clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we need! Beach Time rentals is very responsive to anything we needed.

The condo was very spacious and had a wonderful balcony that wrapped around and could easily accommodate 6 people! The sunsets were breathtaking to view from balcony and windows too! The location is quiet but located within walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The only suggestion would be the balcony chairs need to be updated as the sun and sea air has taken its toll on them. It was nice to have beach toys and some beach towels to use vs. having to pack those. Also wonderful to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. With the cost of everything this condo is perfect for families or friends traveling together! We will be back for sure!

Amazing experience being able to wake up and drink your coffee sitting on the patio overlooking the gulf. Truly serene and enjoyable stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including extra beach chairs and beach towels. We were steps away from the beach and far away enough from the crowds on the main strip. We did have issues with noise from neighbouring homes on the street, people yelling, partying late into tue night and being a condo complex there is no security on-site to manage the noise. Quiet hours start at 10 however without security no one is there to enforce. It was Spring Break week so this was to be expected. Would not deter us from staying there again, just an FYI. The condo itself was very clean and beds and furniture very comfortable. The patio facing the beach was huge and had 2 lounge chairs and several other chairs to accommodate everyone. The premises was also very clean and well kept. The building is gated and access code required to enter pool area, elevator and stair wells to access your condo. The pool area was great for the windy days when we needed a break from the beach. All in all this was a great place to stay! I also have to give a shout out to Mona who was amazing and was very responsive to questions we had before we arrived and during our stay. It was hard to leave the beautiful views we had from A11 for the 7 days we were there!

Spent a week at this beautiful condo right on the beach. It was just perfect for our group of gals from across the country. The balcony was the best part. I could’ve spent the whole time there. The beach was perfect. Soft sand and much less crowded than farther down closer to town. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not one criticism!!

This condo overlooks the beach and when you walk down the stairs, you’re on the sand! The place was clean and well equipped for making meals for our family. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach was not nearly as busy as it was further down which was very pleasant and easy for our kids.

We came in with a 4 month old, 2.5 year old, my mother in law and us! The three bedroom space was perfect and the wrapped corner balcony and easy walk to beach and pool were great! Two quick walk restaurants on the beach and a few walk up bars or local small bars all within 5 minutes walking. Then just a bit further and you had fine dining, shops, the pier and playgrounds for kids! I would recommend this to anyone and we will be rebooking for another year! I would only suggest not going in January-February bc the beach is cold but we got to enjoy the Clearwater Beach Aquarium and parks around there so it was all still fun! Moana was easy and amazing to work with and visit baby is the best pricing and still great quality for rentals of pack n plays, strollers, etc! Thank you for all you do Moana !

We had a wonderful stay in A11 the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation.The best part of course is the view it is amazing and you are literally steps from the beach you couldn't ask for more.
This is our fourth time staying in the Villas and we have never had any issues we would highly recommend it to anyone.The pool was nice and warm and the onsite barbecues are so convenient.Mona was an absolute pleasure to deal with she made the booking process so easy and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.We definitely plan to return again next year.

Absolutely loved it. This unit is so beautiful. The balconies are large and have a view of the beach. The unit itself is so pretty and was very clean (which is hard to get when you rent condos) but this unit was impeccable. We did not know how to work the tv and mona was so pleasant and patient helping us.

It was a very nice condo beautiful view clean unit although doors to patio would not lock you would lock it but you could still open it nice to have 2 lounge chairs but both need to have a cushion overall very nice I will definitely stay again at villas of Clearwater this was my second stay this year and have enjoyed both units love where it is located

This is a great condo. Management keeps it spotless (a big thing for us due to COVID-19). It's a corner condo, and it has an L-shaped balcony, so you can have sun or shade, as you wish. The furnishings are very nice, and the kitchen is well arranged. It has good security--code locks for pool access, bldg access, etc. Management responds promptly to issues. We couldn't get the DVD player to work, and a staff member was there within 30 minutes. We highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed stay at The Villa condos in Clearwater beach, Florida! The unit had a perfect view of the beach and was very secure. It was a short distance from the main festivities in town and had great restaurants just around the corner. I would highly recommend this location!

The condo was perfect for our size family. There was plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach toys left for people to use. There could have been a few more bath towels and linens for the beds, but we had brought our own (thankfully). The furniture was dated and uncomfortable in the living room. A little bit of instruction on how to access the cable for local/live TV would have been helpful.
