At this time, we are presenting the following home selection “Destination Specials” for May.
We have two beautiful rental properties we are offering from May 14 – 18 at a “special get-away” price.
The first is our “Ocean View Beach House“. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 14. There is a spacious living room, full kitchen, and comfortable dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a full size mattress. All other bedrooms have queen bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The tropical backyard has an outdoor spa which hold 12, and the second floor deck offers beautiful views of the beach and our glorious sunsets. Our “Ocean View Beach House” is located within walking distance to Pier 60, restaurants, and entertainment.

Our second “get-away special” is the “Luxury Beachfront Oasis“. This is an amazingly beautiful 2-story rental home located in Belleair Beach a short distance to Clearwater Beach. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The main house features a large beachfront private pool, heated spa, full kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The separate private apartment is located in the back of the home over the two-car garage. The apartment includes a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, an entertainment center, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, and full bath. The apartment can sleep 4 comfortably. Outside you will find the large pool, heated spa, bbq grill, and your own private walkway to the beach.

While here visiting our area, you may want to check out one of our local activity centers. It is conveniently located and offers a great variety of activities and programs for all ages, so it could certainly be worth checking out. Below is some general information on the complex which we thought might be helpful. The Clearwater Beach Library & Recreation Complex is a wonderful resource that is available for Clearwater residents, visitors, and guests alike. It is located at 69 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach, and truly offers something for everyone to enjoy. Activities include aquatics, a fitness center, organized sports, therapeutics, as well as special programs and events.
There is a library, a pool and a Learn-To-Swim program, and video games for all ages available during regular recreation center hours. Also offered are classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, Tennis, Zumba, Ballroom Dance, Writer’s Support Group, Drop in Computer, and Films on Beach. The Clearwater Beach Library & Recreation Complex is a modern recreation facility with a library, social hall, kitchen, fitness center, and a multi-purpose room. Outside there are 3 lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, a seasonal swimming pool, a boat launch, and a beautifully landscaped passive waterfront park perfect for fishing and picnics.
In close proximity to the Clearwater Beach Library & Recreation Complex is McKay Park, which includes a playground, and is used for picnicking and bocce ball.

The Clearwater Beach Family Aquatic Center is a state of the art swimming facility that includes six 25-yard lap swimming lanes and a children’s play area that provides squirting water fountains, a “raindrop” waterfall, a fiberglass frog slide, and a water basketball goal. The pool ranges in depth from 1′ – 3′ in the children’s area, and 3′ – 5′ in the lap swim area. In addition, tables with chairs and lounge chairs are available for patrons, as well as large shade structures for escaping from the hot sun.
